To our valued customers! iHerb is always striving to maximize our customer
service. We’re constantly exploring new ways to improve upon how we
handle your iHerb shopping experience from the moment you sign on to our
website to when your package is delivered to your door. Since Thursday, September
24, we embarked on a new warehouse improvement project which resulted in
some of your orders being delayed for up to 6 business days.
We did send an email out as well as posted a note in your shopping cart letting
you know about the possible delay. By the recent negative reviews
posted on some shopping portals, it’s clear that we weren’t as diligent as
we could have been. The good news is that as of today, over 90%
of placed orders have been shipped out the same day and we fully expect to
improve +99% by end of the week. Going forward, we hope that you continue
to see iHerb as a great source for quality products and customer service
and as a quality company that truly cares for your health and well-being.
