| In simple terms, how does the program work? | |
Any first time customer who uses your Referral Code will receive $5.00 off their first order. And you will receive a reward credit worth 4% of the discounted subtotal amount of their first order, and any additional orders they place within the next 365 days.
The maximum reward credit you can earn is $600.00 per calendar year (the limit before tax consequences).
| What is the order Subtotal? | |
The order subtotal is the total after all discounts (including credits) have been applied, and before any shipping cost is added.
| How do I use my Available Credits to shop at iHerb? | |
Simply log into your iHerb account and shop as normal.
Once you begin adding items to your shopping cart, you will see Available Credits automatically being discounted from your subtotal.
| What does Available, Pending and Cancelled mean in relation to my credits? | |
Available credit is based on transactions that have been approved. These credits will automatically be applied toward your next purchase at iHerb.com.
Used credit refers to credits that have already been used for previous purchases.
Pending credit refers to transactions that have been reported and are awaiting approval. The approval time is typically 7 days. Once approved, pending credit becomes "Available credit" based on transaction date.
Cancelled credit refers to orders that were not completed. Customers used your code but returned the items or refused the order. Your account was adjusted accordingly.
| Do Rewards Credits expire? | |
Yes. Unused Rewards Credits expire 180 days after the date that they are posted as "Available" in your iHerb account.
| Is there a Rewards Credits limit? | |
No. There's no limit to the amount of credits you can earn, however,you're only allowed to use up to $600.00 per year. Any unused credits will carry over into the next calendar year.
January 1 through December 31.
| Can I cash out my credits? | |
No. Rewards credits can only be used to purchase online at iHerb.com
| Can I refer as many people to iHerb as I like? | |
Yes. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, or the potential credits you can earn.
| Why can't some people use my code? | |
Our system will identify certain accounts containing near duplicate information as being multiple accounts, disabling the ability to enter a code.
We realize this may affect certain households; however this safeguard is in place to prevent individuals or entities from misusing our program.
| How can I promote my code? | |
Here are some ideas: - Email your code to friends and family members
