and complete and in English: The phone number may be used by DHL or UPS

there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card
as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus
the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a

statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document if
you like. All we need is your credit card company's logo and address,
