Please note: If you choose airmail delivery, you will not be able to track your order. However, airmail deliveries are very reliable and are a favorite shipping method for our valued customers in Australia. Also, chances are you will pay no customs import taxes.
DHL , with a 5-day average delivery time. There may, however, be extra delays/ expenses due to customs. This option offers tracking information and is completely reliable. Australian Customs usually inspect most DHL shipments causing delays and extra shipping charges. Please note, DHL requires someone to be home at the time of delivery.

Direct shipment from distributor:
We do not use a third party to handle our international packages. All orders are packed and shipped out directly from our
air-conditioned warehouse.
Focused on e-commerce:
iHerb is dedicated to providing first-rate service through e-commerce. We are not a division of a storefront chain or catalog company!
Declaration of value and contents:
Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label (Airmail) or documents (DHL or UPS). Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use ". Although we clearly label the contents, Australian Customs may still open and inspect the packages causing extra charges and delays.
Import taxes:
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or quarantine fees ( if using UPS or DHL), etc. Australian Customs are rather difficult to deal with. They may delay your order, and you may have to pay import duties, sometimes as much as the value of what you have ordered. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office. Please refer to your local Customs office for more details.
Import restrictions:
Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. As an Australian customer, you are responsible for making sure that buying nutritional supplements from the United States is allowed in Australia. As a general rule however, we suggest that you don't order any hormones, such as DHEA, Pregnenolone, HGH, 7-Keto etc. For further information about customs, import duties, etc., visit:
