You will be able to calculate the shipping charge through your shopping cart during the ordering process. USPS Airmail (Post Office) delivery. Favorite shipping method for our Canadian customers. This option applies to orders valued up to $80.00, and weighing no more than 3 lbs., and delivery time is 5 days, on average. Please note: If you choose airmail delivery, you will not be able to track your order. However, airmail deliveries are very reliable and are a favorite shipping method for our valued customers in Canada. Also, chances are you will pay no customs import taxes.

DHL , with a 4-day average delivery time. There may, however, be extra delays/ expenses due to customs and brokerage fees of $7.00 or more per package. This option offers tracking information and is completely reliable. Please note, DHL requires someone to be home at the time of delivery.

UPS also with a 4-day average delivery time. There may, however, be extra delays/ expenses due to customs. This option offers tracking information and is completely reliable.

We do not use a third party to handle our international packages. All orders are packed and shipped out directly from our air-conditioned warehouse.

Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label (Airmail) or documents (DHL or UPS). Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use".

You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or quarantine fees if using UPS or DHL. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office. Please contact your local Customs office for more details.

Important Note Regarding  : Please note that ordering Hoodia may cause Canadian customs to seize your package and not allow it to be imported, especially if your are using DHL or UPS for shipment.

As of October 2006, our valued customers in Canada have had very few issues or difficulties with ordering products from iHerb. Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. As a Canadian customer, you are responsible for making sure that importing a particular nutritional supplement from the United States is allowed in Canada.

The following items are not allowed to be imported unless through your Doctor: Carnitine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Tryptophan (5-HTP), DHEA, Pregnenolone, Androstenedione, Yohimbe, Human Growth Hormone and any products containing Vitamin K.

Your Doctor needs to call "Special Access Program", at 1-613-941-2108, and obtain permission to import them. He/She needs to place the order.

Almost all other supplements carried by iHerb, including Melatonin are allowed to be imported. Also your order must be for 90 days of usage, and NOT longer. The way they determine this is by reading what the label says. So if it says 1 tablet/capsules a day, then you are entitled to import only 90 servings of this supplement.
