Import taxes:
Packages valued at over $35 US will be charged import duties called VAT tax, which is calculated at 17.5%. DHL will pay these charges and will bill you later for faster delivery; however, UPS and US mail will require the fees before releasing the package. You may also have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or quarantine fees. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office.
