UPS, with a 3-day average delivery time. This option offers tracking information and is completely reliable. Shipments usually arrive in Japan, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom in 2 business days!
Direct shipment from distributor:
We do not use a third party to handle our international packages. All orders are packed and shipped out directly from our air-conditioned warehouse.

Declaration of value and contents:
Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label (Airmail) or documents (DHL or UPS). Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use".
Import taxes:
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.
Import restrictions:
Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. As an international customer, you are responsible to make sure that buying nutritional supplements from the United States is allowed in your country. If the customs in your country returns your order to us – either because you did not have permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned – we will refund your credit card as follows: We will take the total amount of your order and subtract your shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of your order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees.
Your shipping address and phone number:
Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full and complete and in English: The phone number may be used by DHL or UPS to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order. Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
First-time customers:
For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. So, it is possible that international customers ordering more than $80.00 for the first time from iHerb.com may need to fax or email us information. If that is necessary, we will let you know by email. If so, we may need you to fax (011.626.338.1326) or email ( info@iHerb.com ) as an attachment the front page of your monthly credit card statement or bill. (This is the document that shows your charges for that month.) Another option is to send us a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a utility bill (water, electricity, or gas) that shows your shipping address.
Why do we take these steps? Unlike in the case of credit card purchases made by customers within the U.S., international orders cannot be verified electronically or by telephone. The extra step of faxing information is necessary for your protection and ours, to make sure you are the actual credit card holder.
Are you a repeat customer? No fax will be needed.
Your privacy is assured. Please understand that we respect your privacy and have no interest in your personal spending habits. (We do not sell or distribute any of your personal information.) If you are sending us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document if you like.
