InterPlexus Inc., AmlaPaste, Chyawanprash, 17.65 oz (500 g)21 Reviews
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

iHerb Customer Reviews
It's too much spicy for me :( I bought also chyawanprash from Himalaya Herbal Healthcare (also from iHerb), that taste was much better!
I eat this every day. It tastes wonderful, rich and dark and very spicy. I know that some reviewers knock this chyawanprash because it has some preservative in it, but the organic one I tried just didn't have the punch that this does. If I am still craving food after a meal, I eat a spoon of this and I am done, craving ended. Health benefits? I can't say specifically as I am taking a wide range of supplements, but I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff and it feels right to me, so I am going to go on eating it!
