How to make the Brine:

Cover the bottom of a small glass jar with crystals. Then cover the crystals with filtered or artesian spring water so that you have 3 times the amount of water as crystals. Allow 24 hours for the solution to reach a saturation point of 26% salt content in the water. The brine can now be used externally for many home remedies. Internally it is best to start with one drop per day and work way up to a maximum of one teaspoon per day. Take in a glass of water on an empty stomach. The brine is very powerful! Start slowly to find the proper amount for your body. While using the brine it is suggested that you drink two quarts of pure water a day. When you have used up half the brine, add more water and crystals as necessary.
