A creamy, delicious blend of Romano, blue, Parmesan and cheddar cheeses.
Makes 1-1/2 cups
- Whisk sauce mix and 1-1/2 cups milk in a small saucepan. Add 1 tbsp margarine or butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes. For a lower fat sauce, feel free to use non-fat milk or omit the margarine.
Dehydrated parmesan, romano, cheddar and blue cheese blend (milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes, whey, maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, nonfat dry mix, natural flavors, disodium phosphate, sodium caseinate (milk), lactic acid, butter (cream, salt), citric acid, buttermilk, mono and diglycerides, yellow 5, yellow 6), corn starch, wheat flour, hydrolyzed corn protein, salt, maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, whet protein concentrate, sodium citrate, monosodium glutamate, parsley, spices, annatto (for color).
