Koyo Ramen noodles are expertly crafted from freshly milled, organically grown heirloom wheat, prized for its superior quality and light, delicate taste. Our savory broth contains only pure, all-natural ingredients with no preservatives, no added MSG, or sweeteners. This delicious combination of silky noodles and flavorful broth will be sure to satisfy even the most sophisticated taste buds.
Place 1 1/3 cups of water in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and mix in contents of the enclosed soup packet.
Organic Noodles: Organic heirloom wheat flour, sea salt.

i purchase this brand of ramen often as it is one of very few vegetarian friendly ramens available. this flavor is only okay. my favorite is garlic pepper. it isn't as bland as the seaweed, mushroom or asian veggie flavors, but it isn't very flavorful. i wouldn't purchase this flavor again. but it isn't terrible. i gave it four stars based on being veggie friendly, but taste wise i would give it three stars.
I love ramen, but rarely eat the regular kind, primarily because it has little, if any, nutritional value. Koyo ramen, with its miso base, organic noodles, with a pinch of sea salt, if perfect for me. If you're used to a lot of salt, it will taste a little bland, but give it a chance. It's a nutritious alternative to regular brands. I like the "Tofu" and the "Seaweed" recipes; both a really good.
