Expiration Date: Oct 2015
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

Late July is a moment in time when life is simple, pure and good. It's the sweet spot of summer when you're knee deep in sandcastles and problems are a million miles away. It's also our name and our life philosophy. The boy on the box has grown since we first introduced our Organic Classic Saltine Crackers, but he and his little brother are still a daily reminder to live up to our namesake and produce only certified organic products with ingredients as a special and pure as the moment they represent.
Saltines have been a big part of New England cuisine for over a century. Inspired by this tradition, we created our Organic Classic Saltine Cracker as a hearty old-fashioned soda cracker with a lingering fresh-baked flavor. We recommend this lightly salted cracker with clam chowder or with a sharp farmhouse cheddar.

I'm not sure why anyone would add any sugar (aka "cane juice") at all to saltine crackers but these don't taste salty enough, as if no salt at all had been used in the making of the crackers, just sugar, and then salt sprinkled on top before they were done. They're ok, I mean much better than buying chemical-laden saltines but they also have 0 fiber so they're in essence fattening by themselves. I take PGX Daily before eating these to counter that. I might purchase again, they're not bad per se, but I find the overwhelmingly sweet after taste very bizarre!
I LOVE saltines and sardines. Since I'm in Korea, some things, I just can't find. As a result, I looked to iherb for the goods. Originally, I didn't think these were saltines. As such, I was expecting disappointment. However, these turned out to be quite scrumptious. They taste almost identical to the ones at home. They are just round. The only issue I have is the amount you get for almost $4. It's actually a REALLY BAD value. But, since my options are limited, I'll probably order them again if I can't get the goods from home.
