Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil to water. Add pasta to boiling water and begin timing for 9 minutes. Stir gently for 3 to 5 seconds. Maintain a rolling boil while cooking, stirring occasionally. After 9 to 10 minutes drain pasta, then rinse well with cold water. Top with sauce and serve. Note: for pasta al dente, cook for 8 to 9 minutes.

I love pasta but it's just not that healthy to eat all the time. So this is a great substitute. Brown rice is healthy for you, and if you like pasta you can eat this all the time and not feel guilty about it, just watch your portions. Its better than whole wheat pasta.
I liked their couscous and the risotto, but I like some of the other brands of gluten free spaghetti.

The flavor is fine, but impossible to get a good al dente

... when you have excellent GF pasta like this! Beautiful al dente texture at 8 minutes, fragrant, and tasty. With this, I don't miss wheat spaghetti anymore. Thank you! UPDATE - once again, LUNDBERG's quality control is deteriorating : this product is now soft and soggy, even when cooked for lesser time. I am no longer buying this product. This is the second time LUNDBERG has disappointed - first, it was their marvelous macaroni, and now this. Why is it that LUNDBERG cannot maintain standards when others can?
