Beautiful taste. The seeds are sweet and crunchy. For my taste it was too much dried fruit in it. However it worked out nicely when i took most of the fruits out and left them for other purposes.
Love Lydia's please dont stop seiling this

I really liked this cereal! I did add a couple drops of liquid stevia to the rice milk in my bowl and then it was perfect. I have found that coconut really isn't my favorite, so I'll be looking to see if this brand makes a cereal without the coconut. But I still really enjoyed this.

This is probably my favorite with the Apricot Sun cereal coming in at a close second :)
