I don't know what I can attribute to magnesium-l-threonate, but I am taking it from the simple point of fact that a) most people are deficient in magnesium and b) ordinary magnesium does not cross the blood brain barrier so well. Studies done on rats show remarkable results, and from what I have heard, both magnesium and threonate are perfectly safe. Human clinical trial is on its way. And as a side note: magnesium in the brain is very important, not only for the memory, but for the functioning of an entire organ. Chances are, you got too much calcium, too little magnesium. 144years.info

Manufacturer has not responded to my request to get an analysis of contents of this product, which was requested because one previous study shows some products contain high amounts of Aluminum and other toxins.

In the study published in 2003 in Journal of Nutrition Science and Vitaminology, supplements containing capsaicin and extract from green tea caused a decrease of about half a kilo of body fat within a two-week period compared to a group taking placebo.
Not just NutriBiotic's..

Take my word for it: buy Vitamin C! And buy a lot, and use a lot! I have studied 6 years nutrition, health and what not, and I can say with confident, this is a must. Just like Vitamin D is. 144years.info

Takes one to two hours to dissolve into water. The taste is hideous. Nasty. But just drink it!

INSTANT dissolve! Best I have come across. Taste is better than average. Some artifical flavoring, hence only 4 stars. Not a bad buy.

Taste is good, pretty neutral. mixes surprisingly well with water and in comparison to stuff from local supermarket.. texture is more.. how could I say.. not-so-processed, more natural I'd say - looks like quality stuff in my eyes.
But the price!

The price is ridiculous! Yes, I get it's organic and natural, but the amount of Vitamin C you actually get from this is miniscule. If I wanted to go high-end, I would buy this -- as I have -- BUT also buy real strong Vitamin C. These two would then work synergistically. This alone does not provide enough Vitamin C, and if you want to take enough, it will bankcrupt you. 144years.info
