Soybean oil is added to the capsules

Why would they add something so bad to antioxidants?Soy contains high levels of phytic acid which block your body’s ability to absorb minerals and vitamins from the foods you eat. This causes you to actually become malnourished. I wish I checked the label more carefully before buying.I have a krill oil that I recently purchased and there's a big sign on the bottle that says soybean oil free so I researched this soybean oil a bit more and apparently the soy plant itself is actually toxic to humans.Soybean oil contains a poisonous chemical called PHG; this chemical slows your blood circulation, causes your blood to clot, damages the central nervous system, interferes with digestion and can cause memory loss. 99 % of soy grown in US is GMO,plus this product doesn't even say non GMO,so you are paying for a poisonous GMO substance.I threw away this product as well as their garlic oil cause it also contains soy oil.And I've decided to completley boycott this brand.I'm definitely not going to reward them for trying to poison me so the least I can do is take my money elsewhere.

There's magnesium stearate added to these tablets. Also, most brands have a NON GMO declaration on D vitamins but this one doesn't.I would recommend you to get D vitamins in gel caps since they don't have any fillers.Healthy Origins has NON GMO sign on their caps so I think I will try those next time.

I applied a thin layer of this cream last night and this morning when I woke up my face looked like it got stung with bees.I am not exaggerating I really look like I was in a box ring.My face is completely swollen.I cried when I saw my face.My mother applied a tiny bit of this cream as well to test it and she also said it stings and burns.I have a fine skin,no wrinkles and I just thought this would be a great cream for moisturising. It is the end of the day now,it's still swollen and red.It hurts to eat, talk. It just looks burnt. My chin and the area around my nose are covered with tiny postules.I sent several e-mails to the manufacturer as well as iherb but still no response.I am not allergic to any food or medication.I've never had this type of reaction to any cosmetic product ever. There has to be something in the cream that they didn't put on the label.I AM TRAUMATIZED.

I can't believe a pill can smell so bad. It's also too chalky so when you cut it in half you get of a lot of powder from it.The label on the bottle I got is different than the one on the photo and the listed ingredients are different.(check vitamin A). If you take vitamin A as retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate you shouldn't take more than 3000 units. In one study, women consuming more than 6,660 IU daily of vitamin A as retinol in food or supplements (the daily recommendation for adult women is 2,310 IU) were found to have twice the hip fracture risk compared to those consuming 1,700 IU daily or less. Men with the highest blood levels of retinol are seven times more likely to fracture a hip than men with lower levels. There is evidence that older individuals have higher blood levels of vitamin A because of a reduced ability to metabolize vitamin A as efficiently as one ages. Also, vitamin B-12 should be in the form of methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin.

I bought this for the 2nd time but now I learned that a ingredient called Titanium dioxide is very dangerous.Plus the label contradicts itself. It says ''no artificial colors'' and then in the ''other ingredients'' it has listed artificial color number 6 or something.I find that very shady so I'll be avoiding this brand. Plus vitamin B-12 should be in the form of methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin.

The ingredients are top quality and there are no fillers.I've been taking it for a month but I still managed catch a cold.Maybe my immune system is not that strong.I don't eat much meat and this is a source of proteins.
