Usually drink this with soya milk. I use a normal bottle with a scoop of Whey + soya milk and just do a shake. Yes, occassionally there is some clumps (small ones) but most times, it just taste like I am drink chocolate soya milk.
I drink around 200ml before a work out and the remaining after my work out in the gym. So far, it has been fine. Except it can be rather "heaty" hence causing outbreaks and bumps on my back. So drink more water.
