this is the first and the very last time that i had bought anything based purely on reviews and not on ingredient list. this mask doesn't do anything. i also find the formulation mediocre. it keeps saying protein repairing system on the tube but i don't see any proteins in the ingredient list. just maybe "soy seed extract" but then i can't tell for sure if it's soy oil (it is an extract from seeds after all), or soy protein or whatever. the only star i can give this is for the thick mask-like consistency which, i guess, makes it work as a base for DIY hair masks. still it's a waste of money. for this price you can get bigger volume of infamous mill's creek keratin conditioner which i find to be the best.
dark red colour

this one is of darker red colour than frontier naturals' red salt, not that much different in taste, thou, maybe just a lil bit richer in taste. saw this brand around in grocery stores, but not this particular type, which i happen to like. probably going to order this one from now on since it's cheaper. the mill is not great but it doesn't matter. i wish iherb would sell alaea salt like this in bulk.

i bought this right away when i saw the price, and i'm a big fan of chelated magnesium and pretty much any magnesium form. however i confirm that this has a horrible taste. not even bitter msm powder can compare to this one, tbh. i took it as it is and also tried mixing and diluting in pretty much everything, water, milk, juices, kefir, yoghurt and it still tasted nasty. we even once dared a family friend to eat a spoon and his face was a sight we'd never forget. also when i bought chelated form from carlson labs or doctor's best, i remember that those tabs had no distinguished taste, yet they had a distinguished smell (similar to ethanol), and also the first intake (after a long break, i guess there's a tolerance) of 100% of daily value of those gave me a 'high' effect, aka making me super relaxed and feeling nicely. that effect lasts only for the first intake and then it just fades out. with healthy origins version there were no such distinguished features. so from time to time i drink healthy origin's anyway, but honestly, i still take cheaper forms like oxide or citrate more often because there's no problem in how they taste.

mixes well with water, taste a lil bit sweet if you dilute it in a smaller amount of water. i actually bought some empty capsules to put this in but i decided not to since it's very easy to measure it with a spoon. this one states "preferably with a meal" while other brands do not point that out at all. i take it without a meal, just with water or juice sometimes. didn't carry any calming effect on me if there is supposed to be one but nothing really does. i'm sure it has some benefits for my overall well being and the price is really great.

seems to work on skin. but i REALLY wish american producers would stop putting over 900% of B vitamins or any other vitamins into any supplements, it gets really annoying, i don't need that amount at all, and other supplements that i take also has it and also i have a perfect diet already, thank you very much. it's just stupid, even considering it's water soluble.

i really liked it. it's totally not true that this adds volume, actually i think it eats some away because it makes hair softer. but it's kinda good for me and my thick, coarse, hard-to-take-care-of hair. gives shine. eases the brushing. untangles. i like it even better than keratin one of the same brand. 5 stars!

A+ stuff unlike other liquid solution of mag chloride, this comes in other form of hexahydrate, and have no idea how exactly different it is chemically wise, but it is definitely better to use for my body. i use in in everything. just rubbing onto my sore muscles (pretty much all over, depending on where it aches) pure, or dissolved in some water/lotion, i use it adding to my clay face masks, and just a lil bit on a forehead works as a miorelaxant. i plan to use it more, just hadn't tried everything. just so you know, it tastes VERY bitter, so don't put it on before the date or something like that, the taste stays for a long time, even if diluted. i give five stars, but if it was cheaper i would be more satisfied. will buy more.

lil bit pricey, if you keep exchange rate in mind, but this is one of the best products for bettering your skin. i had tried hyaluronic acid supplements with and w/o this supplement and regardless - it improves skin condition in days. good dosages for just one capsule per day. wouldn't have minded if it was cheaper, it's algae product, i highly doubt there's any problem getting it produced and sell for a lower price. previously i had tried doctor's best one, small bottle, which is now discontinued, this is just as good in quality. doesn't cause insomnia (which i'm prone to) but just in case i take it in the morning with breakfast.

i'm giving this 4 stars, even thou i'm still thinkin about it. there are too few multimineral supplements on iherb tbh, and the choice between them is even worse. this was one of very few which actually has the label information on actual DV in one capsule and also has a sensible blend of minerals. i feel like this form of zinc is a bit weaker than zinc (as amino acid chelate) which i buy from 21st cent brand. so i'm kinda confused if i should take maybe a lil more zinc separately in the evening. i take this one in the morning and it doesn't meddle with my sleep. this is still, however, overpriced, but i will maybe buy some more, bcuz it's the only one multimineral supplements here which makes sense.

give me rapid hearbeat, which, as far as i notice, all algae supplements do, therefore meddles with my sleep. gave it to my mother, she likes it.

this actually tastes much saltier than other brands of himalayan salt i had bought before, which makes me question if it's genuine. not a very fine grind.

i got really interested in that review stating that this can "transform white fat into brown fat", but, i have no idea if it's a coincidence. but about the same time i started taking it alongside himalaya's bacopa, i got myself a nasty lymphnoditis, doctors say it's nothing serious, and also i had read that it can be caused by stress (it was a really stressful period for me at a time), so i now have half finished bottle and don't know what to do with it. no significant change in my "fat" metabolism either other than from usual exercising and diet. so i really don't know if i could recommend this to anyone. also i notice that sometimes when i take it i start to feel extremely hungry. i guess bitter melon is not for me since i'm not a diabetic or anything.
