I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. They prevent the skin on my face and body from being dry. Highly recommended if you suffer from pyroluria.

I have been interested in the Blood type diet for many years now and found that many of the recommendations did work for me (although not all) so I thought I would give these a try. Am taking 2 each morning (in addition to my many other supplements) and am finding they work well. I take them on an empty stomach before breakfast and they definitely make me feel better and eliminate any constipation. They are certainly worth trying if you are Blood Type A. I preferred them to Dr Ohhira's Probiotics Original Formula (which were much more expensive) and also they also work out cheaper than Enzymatic Therapy's Pearls IC, although I have not tried those. I think the combination of prebiotic and probiotic in these is very beneficial so not only are they contributing good bacteria, but are feeding them as well.
Best of the Lavera lipsticks I've tried
I've had mixed experiences with Lavera lipsticks but this one is fine. The colour looks good on me and the texture goes on well with no problem, its nice and creamy. It doesn't last that long, but then I find most lipsticks don't last very long. If you like peachy colours then you will like this.
This stuff is delicious. I use it to make hot chocolate with raw milk and amaretto, or honey if I don't want alcohol. Its chocolatey but very smooth, not at all harsh. Yum!
I was alerted to SAMe about a year ago and have found it to be wonderful. As someone who benefited from SSRI's but did not want to use them long term, I found SAMe to be the perfect substitute. My mood is much improved, it also gives me energy and takes away some aches and pains. Its supposed to be good for detoxing the liver but I can't tell if that is happening to me or not. I noticed an immediate drop in mood after a few days without so now regularly take 800mg/day. Make sure you take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, otherwise it is not as effective. Also, if you take it later in the day, it will keep you awake all night.
Read Julia Ross' book The Mood Cure which recommends DLPA for certain types of mood issues. I find this brand works well for me. I take a tablet on an empty stomach when I am feeling sad and in need of comfort for no good reason. I take one whenever I feel I need it, it is great to have this option after so many years of feeling bad. I also use SAMe I cannot live without, and also 5HTP, GABA and L-Tyrosine when I need them.
Better than many but ....

This mascara goes on well and doesn't clump. However it is almost a bit too runny as when you close the tube, it tends to spill out and make a mess on the tube. I don't know why this happens as I don't pump the brush at all. Its a shame as otherwise its a very nice mascara. I don't know if it will thicken up as I keep using it but this is my current experience.
No good for Blood Type A, only try if you're an O
I decided to give this a try just in case as some people really rave about it. But it is not mentioned by Dr D'Adamo for blood type A as being particularly good and I found this to be true. Did nothing at all for me. However, if you're blood type O, its apparently a wonderful adaptogen. Next time I'll try Siberian Ginseng which is recommended for A's.
These made no difference
My eyesight seemed the same.....wouldn't recommend if you're hoping to improve your eyesight

Biotin is essential for people who tend to undermethylate and/or have pyrolle disorder. This is a good brand, however the 1000mcg size is better for me as I need one morning and night as part of my prescription.
Great Value - love this product

I really need vitamin C due to various health conditions however, this one is not great. It dissolves relatively easily in water with a good stir for a minute or so, and the taste is ok but I find it often seems to cause me stomach issues. If I try to spread drinking it throughout the day and keep diluting it with extra water - that seems to help. But I never know if I will get the stomach pain and lots of BM's for sure or not. I am going to try Thorne Buffered Vitamin C as this is similar and I think might be better. I need the magnesium and calcium which it contains anyway. Plus Thorne is a higher quality brand, although NOW is ok.
Using this as part of a pyroluria protocol. Great price, supplement size, and quality product.
