I'd stick with brown flaxseed

I am a big fan of Bob's Red Mill but not this product. I have been using a brown flax for months and the fiber really keeps me regular and is smooth in my oatmeal. Bob's gave the oatmeal a gooey texture and is not providing the same, uh "benefits" of the brown flax I was using.

Cook really quickly, would be great for vegan macn'cheese.

I prefer the light rye to the dark rye, a more subtle flavor for "chips" and salsa

The best!

I enjoy hot cocoa so much, it's my one splurge with a bit of soy milk and a pack of stevia, this cocoa blends really well and has a nice semi-sweet flavour. I also put it in my oatmeal.

Perfect Breakfast

Posted on May 29, 2012

I actually hated it in the beginning but it was because I was cooking it wrong. Once I started boiling it on the stove it fluffed right up and was so filling! 1/4 cup keeps me full for most of the morning. I add 1 tsp of flaxseed (even though there is some in it), a packet of stevia, 1/2 cup soy milk and some pumpkin pie spice...it's heavenly.

It's like drinking Christmas in a mug

I was blown away by how yummy it is. My new favourite tea but it seems more appropriate for cooler temperatures as it has a heavy taste. I prefer chamomile in the summer months.
