Noticed improvements from the first day

My eyes are wet now. It helps with my dry eyes. Other supplements which help with my eyes are: Idebenone and DHA (I recommend either Nordic Naturals prenatal DHA or Neuromins DHA)

I take 8 capsules per day. It greatly improves my chronic fatigue problem. Highly recommended! Much better than Acetyl-l-carnitine.
Energizes me but also makes me feel bad

Strange supplement... it is both energizing and tiring to me.
Has some effect, but other, better forms are available

In ~2 hours after taking 500 mg I feel some effect, my face is a bit redder and I feel a bit energized. Instead of this I recommend Ubiquinol, Idebenone and PQQ - which are a lot stronger, better absorbed and very healthy, especially for old people.
Zero effect for me. I have taken it as prescribed.
Very little of this converts to Omega-3 EPA and DHA

I think a high quality fish oil product such as NOW Ultra Omega-3 offers much better cardiovascular protection. Only a very small percentage of the FLAX OIL converts to EPA and DHA. I have tried it because some people claims it suppresses appetite. It didn't do that for me at all.
No energy even at high doses

I always keep the lozenges under the tongue and let them melt slowly for as long as possible. 1 lozenge doesn't have any effect. I have taken 3-5 lozenges at a time (60-100 mg) and they do have an effect, I feel slightly different. But I expected to have energy.. and it gives me no energy. I think that a good coenzymated B-Complex may be a better way to spend your money. Things that have worked for me: Ribose, PQQ, Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer by LEF, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Malic Acid, Tyrosine, etc. I found out about most of these (and about NADH) in the book "Fatigued to Fantastic". These energy-boosting supplements helped my recovery after a very strict and very long, very low calorie diet.
excellent nootropic, helps with speech and mood

I have tried a few nootropics and this is the best - it helps me a lot with social phobia and speaking. Without it, I speak normally, like everybody else. With it, I speak extremely fluently and have very good speaking skills, and can deliver a reasonable speech, in public, without preparing.
In theory it works, in practice I didn't feel and effect. I will keep taking it.
Best fish oil
Pharmaceutical grade distilled, no fish burps or fish oil regurgitation. Very, very good. Should be combined with Neptune Krill Oil and Flax Oil, because they contain different lipid profiles. . According to Dr. Jack Kruse, more Omega-3 is needed in winter. However, fish oil also decreases immunity a bit.
I am on my 6th or 7th bottle now. Very, very good prostate supplement. I have an enlarged prostate and used to have permanent infection which didn't go away with months of antibiotics (I had chronic prostatitis). After taking these for a few months, my problems are gone. No more infection, I can urinate normally. And this happens even if I stop taking them for a few weeks. Now I just take them as a prevention measure. Beta-sitosterol also inhibits testosterone to DHT conversion which may help you keep your hair on your head (the DHT, in time, kills the hair-producing folicles).
Much better than Glutamine

It gives me high energy and clear thinking.
