OK but contains maltodextrin

I wish jarrow would remove such useless eccipients from their product. Three stars as I thought it helped me recover from H.Pylori infection.
Not enough bergamot for me!
Posted by emanuela on Sep 19, 2011
This tea has just enough bergamot to spoil the "just green tea" taste but not enough bergamot flavour to appeal to Earl Grey tea lovers. Please add more bergamot !!!
great to chew on for optimal digestion

I loved my first bag of Starwest Botanicals. It tasted a bit like licorice and helped with digestion. However, the last batch tastes like dry/rotten fennel-shaped and unappetising vegetable seeds. I hope this is just an off batch.
Not bad but why does it contain GUAR GUM?
Posted by emanuela on May 07, 2015
Guar gum has been known to cause digestive issues in at least some people. Most people taking S. Boulardii will have digestive issues and will be taking it for this issue, so really there is no good reason to include GUAR GUM in this product, except sloppiness/shortcuts and low quality. Disappointed in Now Fods...
Absolutely gorgeous with a cup of green tea!

I prefer this one with green tea, the others by themselves
detangling and volume

I really like the way this conditioner detangles my long, thin and slightly wavy hair just by leaving it on a couple of minutes. Nice conditioning and it even gives my hair some lift!
I like it

Yes, it doesn't dissolve well, but I don't care, as I simply add it to my daily smoothie. :-) All in all, a good way to get acai and resveratrol.
This is my favourite B complex - why discontinued?!?!?

when a product is too good, it gets discontinued. Bring back my favourite vitamin B complex please!!!
Think it is helping me
Posted by emanuela on Mar 01, 2016
I think it is helping me in so many ways, so I am pleased with it. However, no way is this 228 doses?!?! It ran out quicker than expected (considering the 228 doses indicated in the product information), hence "only" 4 stars.
Slight nausea, containe fructose (not good) but overall good to boost immune system
Posted by emanuela on Oct 31, 2015
Don't bite into these, let them dissolve in your mouth. They work well to boost my immune system when I feel I may be low in zinc or when travelling (particularly flying). However: - they make me slightly nauseous at times - I dislike the fructose in them. Nature's Way, please remove the fructose!!!
I wish they removed xylitol and magnesium stearate
Posted by emanuela on May 31, 2014
Complaints: - contains xylitol - contains magnesium stearate - contains a high amount of vitamin K2 for me (I would prefer less, 45mg) My favourite was the 1,000 IU version, now discontinued. GOOD STUFF: However, now that I HAVE to take 5000 IU, I can take one 3 days a week. I do know they effectively raise my vitamin D levels, as they were in the optimal range when my doctor tested me last time (in spring). She was taken aback as she had never seen anyone with optimal vitamin D levels in her life!
Great sprouted ingredients, so probably good choice generally but this batch already tastes a bit "off"
Posted by emanuela on May 17, 2013
The bars arrived on 17th May (today). I just tested one and I was underwhelmed. While I love the ingredients and the fact many of them are sprouted, I think the bars taste a lot like buckwheat, they take a bit of getting used to and this batch may already be off, although the expiry date is shown as "June 2013".
