Not sure about ingredients

This tastes fine as a refreshing toothpaste, but its labeling as being free of sodium laurel-sulfate is misleading as it contains sodium coco-sulfate instead.
Not for the faint of heart!

I have to say that although I find most HealthForce Nutritionals products taste unpleasant, this is the only one that actually made me gag! It's like drinking pond slime (but worse). Saying that, it does its job and you can also buy it in capsules if you want to.
Best mixed with something.

The label for this says neutral taste, but by itself it tastes terrible, with an aftertaste similar to the smell of diesel. Mix it with something else and it is much easier to take. Has some small gritty particles in it.
Tasteless and colourless when mixed!

I much prefer this to the Vitality Boost HA, as it is virtually tasteless and doesn't turn all your water and smoothies black! Plus it's half the price of Sun Warrior's very similar Liquid Light product.

Reishi is my favourite medicinal mushroom, with the most consistent and noticeable results. This product doesn't disappoint, and has a lovely deep bitterness to its flavour that works especially well with cacao. The capsules are also easier to separate than other brands.

I used to use this whey a lot as it was the best of the bunch when I discovered it. Hormone free and a concentrate, it doesn't appear to be overly processed like most whey powders and is very good value. However, I now prefer Natural Factors Whey Factors, which is practically the same price and has a very good nutritional profile.
Nice creamy flavour

This adds a very creamy texture when put into smoothies, and you can even eat it straight from the spoon. Good product.
Surprisingly Good With Cacao!

I bought this to use as a base for warming soups, but the taste is a little too 'floral' and it doesn't really work that well. As an experiment, I put a tablespoon in a chocolate smoothie and was amazed by how much better it tasted! Not something I'd really want to buy again, but good quality nevertheless.
Did nothing for me

I took this product for almost 2 months to help with wrist tendonitis and didn't notice any improvement at all. No effect on recovery from muscle soreness or anything else for that matter. Even at the higher dose of 12 tablets per day, I still didn't notice anything. Maybe you need to take it for a longer period for results to show, but for the price I can't recommend it.

This cacao powder tastes great and mixes well into shakes. It's pretty much a staple in my kitchen cupboard now, having a much better nutrient profile than regular roasted cocoa powders. It also blends well with regular dark cocoa powders for a different flavour, and with Dandy Blend powder to make delicious mocha coffee drinks.

This is a 90 day supply with a good sized dose of various forms of vitamin K. I'm taking one capsule daily with 2000IU of vitamin D, Life Extension's 5000IU Vitamin D with Vitamin K and Iodine looks like a great alternative if you're looking for a well priced, good quality product. Nothing nasty hidden in the list of ingredients.

I can't really tell if this is doing anything at the moment, but am trusting that it does what it claims.
