I am just beginning to get the hang of using this, I wish there was instructions on making a jelly or sweets as it is difficult to estimate what quantity to use. I put some into my morning smoothie to increase the protein content, it is tasteless and so is easy to use for this purpose. I would love to be able to buy a grass fed organic version of this powdered gelatine.

Like this soap and it seems ok, but wonder what the ingredients are and perhaps would rather buy one where the ingredients are declared in future.
not for me
I tried these with hope that it was going to perform miracles, clear the arteries and the gammy joints. Unfortunately all that happened was I vomited fiercely all morning. I tried it again just to make sure, and sure enough it happened again! I think this is quite unusual and if you feel you can benefit from them please try for yourself as most people are just fine.

I bought this for my son as a gift and now he can't do without it. It is very good for the skin and quickly cures any little acne spots and leaves the skin looking very healthy.

very pleased with this multi, it is very good value. I think it would be even better if the vit D3 was increased a bit, but it has lots of stuff in it and I am not complaining as it covers everything adequately and is a spectacular price.
I like the smell of the laundry and it is nice and clean. It doesn't give anybody a rash or make them itch either, so a successful purchase.
This is so much better than the stuff from the supermarket, which is diluted with 80% water and mixed with apple juice and calcium - we prefer this. Makes a nice ice cream, use one can of coconut milk, add vanilla to taste and some maple syrup or honey to sweeten. You could add some chocolate or some carob powder or fruit, blend and freeze in an ice cream maker.
nice for milkshakes

I like this in my kefir in the morning with a banana in to thicken it.

I have been using half a shot to sweeten my kefir shake in the morning and it is quite palateable that way. I find a full one too strong and get headaches but with half I can power-dig the veggie plot.
We really enjoyed this cherry juice, we diluted it with fizzy water for a nice drink.
It is so easy to put one of these little packets into a smoothy and they seem to work very well. I got my B12 up to a very decent level using these and they are not too costly either. B12 is a very important nutrient and a deficiency can lead to a mistaken diagnosis of multiple sclerosis or alzheimers which can devastate lives.
We diluted this with fizzy water and enjoyed it as a drink. Cherry is good for inflammation so does a useful job at the same time.
