Hello. As far as nutrition goes, I prefer herbs to plain vitamins- trying to eat god. fresh fruit and veg seems to be the best strategy. My mainstays are an ENORMOUS fruitshake in the morning plus a flask of fresh ginger and hawthorne tea during the day. Aside from that, I just keep away from sugar.
Its always good to try new things though. Currently, my 'thing' is red ginseng- gives me lots of energy and also tastes quite nice!!
Read the above? All change now. My main aim is to cut out the sugar these days so my enormous fruit shake has been replaced with a huge blended salad! It was a challenge to get it right but I'm now happily adding iHerbs and iSpices to my daily mush. (Did you know that just salt & pepper brings the flavour of any salad out beautifully?- Super simple!)
