THIS IS GHEE-T STUFF!

Posted on Apr 07, 2012

It smells really sweet and goes on easily even when it's cold. The only thing is that the process seems energy-intensive, like the way maple syrup is made. I'll try to stick with butter or coconut oil until I find out how much heat and time it takes to make ghee.

Very dry, but good if you soak them overnight

I like dried fruits, but this is definitely not SUN-dried. I can definitely tell it's dried mechanically due to it's extreme low moisture content. Even though these raisins are organic, they should go all the way to make them truly organic by sun drying them. I buy these because they're not too expensive, organic, and I can soak them overnight to get a much plumper and juicier fruit.

I actually use this for my head to keep my hair shining and smelling good when I comb through it. It works for me :)

Intriguing, but definitely an acquired taste.

At first sip I thought I made a bad decision in trying something new with this flavor. But gradually it became a favorite of mine. It has a tangy, sour taste that initially may be off-putting, but give it a chance and I think it can grow on you as well. It's good for you and caffeine-free :)

DELICIOUS but expensive for such a small portion!

Why even bother to pay $5 for a snack you'd eat in one gulp?

I use this stuff for myself and my dog whenever he has stomach issues. Coupled with some probiotics, any immunity issue is gone in minutes!!

Compared to 'Amazing Grass' this one bites the dust (pun intended). It's very coarse and seems to give me the runs, but that's just me. I'll stick with Amazing Grass even though it costs more. I'll put my health before the price tag.

With 'green-washing' increasing...

Posted on Jan 10, 2011

it's nice to know that you can count on a handful of products that are truly green. UPDATE: After 2 months of use, I noticed that this detergent does nothing to take stains out of clothes. I thought it was just my imagination, but there's no doubt about it after numerous washes. My clothes smell clean, but look as if it was washed in water only.

DOn't forget to soak nuts and seeds overnight so it's easier on your digestion. These are good organic seeds.

GOL Coco. Oil

It's probably from the same source as Nutiva's (both coming from the Philippines), so yeah I use both. I only bought this one to keep the glass jar for other foods.

roasted seaweed, mmmm...

I love me some good seaweed. But 7 sheets in one package seems waay too little for the price. You can buy a pack of 50 sheets for $10 at most Asian markets around here.

just stick with their original

this is just an unnecessary addition to their line of Amazing Grass. It tastes bland and goes down decent enough. Their original green blend is still the best and should remain the best.
