Teeny tacs of caps

It smells good, goes down easy, and seems to be very powerful compared to NOW's cinnamon caps. I will go with these as long as I can afford them :)
Nice addition to my daily routine

I stopped buying most supplements and just added better foods in my diet. However, we now live in a very toxic world where even the word 'organic' has lost much steam in the past few years. Therefore it'll behoove most of us to take supplements that are worth the money for our health. This, along with other highly rated green supplements, are what I usually buy to interchange them on a monthly basis. So next month I'll go with wheatgrass supplements, and nothing more.
Good stuff but too small

It's an acquired taste but overall I am satisfied. I just wish that the jar was a little bigger for the price you have to pay.
Pretty Rocks for Health
Use it for brine. If there's really a difference between this and the supposed #1 brand of crystal salts, I honestly can't tell the difference besides the huge price gap.
Listen to your gut...

I use this to cook up my fish and meat, and also as an alternative to olive oil for my tortillas. Others can't tolerate the oil so just listen to your body to see if it's right for u.
My first Spirulina Supp...

It has a very powerful taste and smell so I reckon it does what it's supposed to. Horse manure-like smell is STRONG though, so I hold my breath and gulp it fast. I do feel better afterward.

organic too. I like to make fudge balls with a little flax.
Nice, Pomegranate-y scent but doesn't last
I use this as my body deodorant without having to worry about chemicals leaching into my body like others do. It is what it is and smells nice. I'm a guy though, and this has more of a feminine smell than I care for but oh well life's a beach.
High Quality NORI
As a seaweed aficionado for years, I have tried various types of nori and I can tell you that this is quality stuff. I just wish they sold these in larger quantities rather than just 10 sheets per pack. Another con I had was that they don't come toasted and ready for use, you have to toast them yourself.
Better than soy sauce IMHO
Posted by jayzou on Jan 10, 2010
I am trying a gluten-free diet and so I found tamari sauce to be a good sub for soy sauce. Maybe I've grown too accustomed to regular soy sauce, because I found tamari to have a better taste and aroma. I will use tamari from now on.
Basic starter probiotics

If you're new to probiotics this is a good brand to start with, nothing fancy just the basics. I actually use this to mix my homemade kefir in, and you can see the difference a few hours later.

I personally like Lerosett's moisture matte better.
