What an amazingly delicious treat! I could not stop opening the jar and scooping out more and more of this creamy, rich cashew butter! There are so many things you can do with it: make cashew "milk," spread it on raw crackers or cookies, rice cakes, put it in recipes, shakes, and smoothies, put a dollop of it on top of raw fruit pies, or just eat it straight out of the jar. A great, raw, organic cashew butter!

This mustard is absolutely delicious! I find myself just eating it plain. It is made with such healthy ingredients. It is hard to find a mustard made with whole mustard seeds, only apple cider vinegar (rather than white or wine vinegar), and no sugar. It is a little spicy, but that is just how true mustard seeds taste. So good! I made roasted onions dipped in a mixture of this mustard, a little cayenne, sea salt, minced garlic, ghee (clarified butter), thyme, and lemon juice. I put the onions on a cookie sheet greased with ghee, baked them for about 35 minutes at 400, and they were amazing!

This tea is one of the best teas I have drunk, and I have tried many, many different kinds of teas. Not only is the taste delicious, but the health benefits of the ingredients are pretty impressive. I found it to be very relaxing and calming to the mind and body. I believe it has adaptogenic properties as well. Dragon Herbs has some very good quality products.

This is pretty good xylitol, and I appreciate that it is non GMO (genetically modified). However, I prefer the birch xylitol, as it seems more gentle on the digestive system and birch is not so depleting to the soil as corn usually is.

My mother and I have been using this product for a few months. She has Hashimoto's and is using this along with several other supplements, as well as the Body Ecology Diet, which I am also doing. It is an excellent mineral product. My mother has improved dramatically (probably mostly from the diet). It seems to have a slight cleansing effect when you first begin taking it. It is also not a problem to take up to 6 of these per day, as they do not seem to build up in your system. The fulvic and humic acid I believe can actually break up excess calcium and mineral build-up in the body, as well as make supplements/foods/herbs you take them with more bioavailable.

These enzymes are excellent. They really seem to help digestion, and I love the fact that they have no magnesium stearate in them. I also like the fact that they have betaine hydrochloride, plus pepsin, plus pancreatin, etc.

I love these already soaked and dehydrated raw pumpkin seeds! Nuts and seeds should generally be soaked/sprouted before consuming, as this makes them easier to digest and eliminates phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors. These are delicious with just the perfect amount of unrefined salt!

Just the smell of this is amazing; the taste is scrumptious! Perfect for making homemade chocolate. Actually, for homemade chocolate, I usually use this, carob powder, alcohol free vanilla, chocolate flavored stevia, and xylitol. Delicious!
Great for digestion!

This powder is a great probiotic and starter culture for fermented vegetables, and it seems to help digestion too.

I have taken a lot of supplements in my life and many times I believe they help me but I don't always feel or see the difference. This product is different--I have noticed a nice difference in my skin and particularly my face since I have been using this product in my morning smoothie and coffee. I didn't realize what it was at first (I'm a little slow sometimes at figuring things out!) but now know that this was the only different thing I did and after reading the reviews am sure this product has helped. It also helps to keep me feeling full with just a smoothie for breakfast. Will buy again, and again,....

This is a great product that works. However, 3 seemed to work much better for me than just the recommended 2.

Dragon Herbs he shou wu is a wonderful he shou wu product, as it is prepared in the correct way. I am taking it for health and hair color. There may be a slight difference in hair color, but it is probably too soon to tell. This is supposed to be taken long-term.
