Macadamia nuts are very expensive in South Korea, so I like ordering them from iHerb. I really love chocolate covered Macadamia nuts, but I prefer to make my own using 85% cocoa organic dark chocolate. I used a recipe by Mark Sisson, author of "The Primal Blueprint" to make dark chocolate bars with these macadamia nuts , sprinkled with some Celtic sea salt. Delicious! I know chocolate is not really "primal", but organic chocolate (85% cocoa preferred) is one of the indulgences Mark Sisson mentioned he allows himself in his book.

I was so happy to see that iherb has Brazil nuts in stock. I have not been able to find them here in South Korea yet. I will definitely buy them again.
Great for Pregnant Women
I bought this product because I had pretty bad morning sickness in the first trimester of my pregnancy. I simply could not tolerate the taste of fluoridated toothpaste. (This also made me wonder how wise it is to use toothpaste with fluoride in it, since I was sensitive to many toxins). This toothpaste worked wonderfully. I will probably continue to use it in the future as well.
O.K. for Castor Oil

Not really sure about the rave reviews about the effects of this on skin. I read that it is supposed to even out skin tone, and it didn't really seem to work. It is good as a moisturizer.
Bragg products are great

This is great on salads. I am sad to see it has been discontinued. :(

I purchased this product with the Avalon Organics Lemon Shampoo. It smells lovely. I would buy it again.
Good source of B6

Brewer's yeast was one of the recommended as a supplement during the 1st trimester of pregnancy in a book I read, "Real Food for Mother and Baby", by Nina Plank. (Of course according to the label, you must consult a physician if you are pregnant before taking this product).
I have tried a few of the other "Avalon Organics" shampoos, but this one is my favorite. I love the smell. I have used Paul Mitchell's "Tea Tree" shampoo before, and it made my scalp tingle. I did not have that problem with this shampoo. I have purchased this product a few times already, and I plan on ordering it in the future.
This is a great compliment to the Avalon Organic Tea Tree Mint Shampoo. I have tried a few of the other Avalon Conditioners, but this one is my favorite.

I purchased this product to get rid of a UTI and it worked like a charm. It's better than drinking cranberry juice because most brands contain sugar, which can actually aggravate an infection.

I was glad to find this product on iHerb, I can't find this spice here in South Korea. I also love that it is organic.

I purchased this product because I had read somewhere that it can help alleviate morning sickness. Nothing helped me with morning sickness except for magnesium oil. However, I do like the taste of this tea, and I plan on drinking it every day starting with week 32 of my pregnancy to help make my labor go more smoothly.
