My skin is NOT happy

I seem to belong to the very small percentage who can't tolerate this cleanser. Based on the number of positive reviews I was really excited to try it. I have sensitive skin and problems with acne. After a couple days of using this cleanser I developed a burning sensation around my lips. They turned red and raw. My eyes were also irritated. By the third day my hands, forearms and neck started to itch (wherever the cleanser had touched). The acne around my jawline became so inflamed I had to place ice on it. All the ingredients in this cleanser appear to be gentle, so it must be the grapefruit seed extract that causes a reaction for some people. Absolutely horrible!
Not quite right for me

I really like the NOW line of products and was eager to try their Super Enzymes. I have problems with malabsorption. Previously I was using two separate products, a digestive enzyme as well as Betaine HCL at every meal. I like that this product combines both, however it doesn't seem to be working nearly as well for me. I think for myself it doesn't have enough hydrochloric acid, and taking 2 capsules would give me too much ox bile. I've passed this bottle on to my mother and it seems to be a good fit for her. On a side note, a couple people who reviewed this product said they experienced burning or discomfort from these enzymes. That's simply an indication that you have enough stomach acid and don't need an enzyme with HCL. :)
I like that this is pre blended with jojoba oil. I use it straight from the bottle every night on my acne scars. It seems to be helping with redness. I also like to put a few drops on my pillow at night to soothe racing thoughts. It's impossible to be sad when I smell this!
This is an excellent oil for first aid. I use it for cuts, burns, etc. It is much spicier than regular lavender. I keep both kinds on hand and use the floral variety for relaxation and the spike for skin care, since it is more astringent/antibacterial. I also find this to be more effective than tea tree oil for acne.

My cat gets dandruff and matted fur, but since I started giving her this oil her coat is smooth and silky. The oil itself is well received. I mix it into her food in the morning and I think it stimulates her appetite (which can be picky).
No help for anxiety

Doesn't work for me. The lozenge also takes a really long time to dissolve.

I'm prone to reflux from fish oil capsules and I thought the strawberry flavor might cover that up. Big mistake. I just burp up strawberry instead of fish, which is actually worse (in my opinion). I've since switched to a liquid DHA oil, and I don't have reflux anymore!

I seem to be the only person who has this problem, but these capsules gave me indigestion. Gross tasting burps. At first I wasn't sure it was the Borage Oil because I take so many other supplements, but I stopped taking it for a few days and the reflux went away. Going back to Evening Primrose Oil.

I was specifically looking for calcium in the citrate form, in capsules not tablets. These fit the bill, and I've been very happy with this product.

I was using the NOW C-1000 prior to this. I decided to buy Nature's Way instead because of the big bottle size and I also like that it has rose hips. I take high doses of vitamin C daily, usually on an empty stomach, so it's important that it be easy on the tummy. Unfortunately this vitamin C gives me heartburn. I'll be going back to the NOW brand.
Excellent for higher DHA needs
My Naturopath wanted me taking 2000 mg of DHA per day. That's very difficult with pills but this oil makes it possible. I was wary about reflux since I've never used a liquid fish oil before, but as long as I take it at the end of a meal I have no problem with it. It seems to be very good quality, and has a light fresh taste. I do wish it came in bigger bottles though.
Best vitamin C
I've tried a lot of different vitamin C and this is by far my favorite (also great value on the big bottle). I take large therapeutic doses and it doesn't give me any issues, even on an empty stomach.
