My favorite

Can't imagine going back to pastes and gels again. I really like this, have tried mint and cinnamon. It's really not that hard to get used to. People complaining about it being messy might try not squeezing the bottle, just let it fall out, it's not that bad. Prefer the taste to overly sweet stuff. No glycerin, that is why I tried it in the first place.

the secret's out

Not much to say, just a great clay to incorporate into your routine. I always have it around and try to use weekly, I leave on for longer than the label says. Works best when mixed with vinegar, water makes it clumpy. Sometimes I use part vinegar and part water, or hydrosol, or aloe gel. Does turn you bright red for a little bit! Makes more "applications" than the label suggests, for me.

my first iHerb order!

Posted on Apr 27, 2012

This was my first iHerb order! Have had it for 3 years (even though now they recommend replacing yearly), at the time it was 18.99...worth the money, would have been even at full price. Does take some getting used to but so glad I tried it, wouldn't go back. Just the one box to recycle, so much less waste. Save some money, save your plumbing, possibly save yourself from some irritation from whatever else you're using (yes, even the organic, unbleached stuff)...do yourself a favor and try it!

the only one you need

There are a lot of coconut oils out there...I haven't tried many, but no reason to go for the much pricier ones, this one is great. I don't know why they call it "extra" virgin, I don't think there are different pressings like with olives. Use it in cooking, baking, in smoothies, on your skin (NOT for the face if you're breakout prone!), in your hair, for your pets...

I bought a few of these to melt down and add my own essential oils.

even better sleep, improved mood

Posted on Apr 27, 2012

Was suggested to me by my health care practitioner. I took one at bedtime each night. Even though I don't have a problem sleeping, sleep felt even a little more restful, and good for mood - depression and anxiety. I used this and Source Naturals brand, both were good.

tasty

I don't notice anything different than the usual D3 softgels I was taking but was interested in the K2, having read about that being the magic cofactor found in grassfed butter, etc. They taste really good. Will buy again.

bought after reading about dental benefits

I don't use a lot of sugar but even when I do bake something sweet, this is too expensive to use for replacing all sugar so I used it to make a mouthwash and add to water to get the benefits throughout the day. Also have heard to much can have unwanted gastrointestinal effects, have not experienced that, but also don't consume much at a time. I don't really notice anything...I ran out, may buy again, may not.

I like their mints better, the gum is small and gets hard fast.

love the smell!

Bought a bunch of gluten free flours from iHerb after getting a GF cookbook. This tastes and SMELLS so good. Have not made a lot with it, and what I have, has been only a small amount coconut flour in a blend of other flours. So many coconut flour recipes call for a lot of eggs, I don't care about the calories or fat or that stuff, just that it gets pricey to be using these flours and then a dozen eggs too, for one recipe. But, iHerb makes it more affordable, and this is nothing in price compared to retail almond flour! The brownie recipe on the back is good!
