Thick, sticky, waxy...did not like this, felt like it just sat as a coat on top of my skin. I now use unrefined raw bulk shea butter that is silky, absorbs nicely, not like this yellow gloppy stuff.
I like these better than their gum. Taste good, hope the xylitol has some positive effect, but I don't eat them that often, so can't really say.
Have had this particular one since late October 2010 and still have at least half left. Lasts forever. I find all the crystals to be about the same, none work significantly better or worse than the others. It's not an antiperspirant and it's not totally miraculous, definitely does not last 24 hours, none do, but I like the crystal type, whatever brand, a lot better than almost all other natural deodorants I've seen or tried. No stickiness, no scent or white marks, no irritating alcohol or baking soda or whatever else.
This brush sheds a little more than some I've used, but it's fine. Wish the handle came off. I use it for dry brushing before showering.
Like it for stress, anxiety, relaxing, sleep, menstrual cramps and backache.
my first iHerb order!
This was my first iHerb order! Have had it for 3 years (even though now they recommend replacing yearly), at the time it was 18.99...worth the money, would have been even at full price. Does take some getting used to but so glad I tried it, wouldn't go back. Just the one box to recycle, so much less waste. Save some money, save your plumbing, possibly save yourself from some irritation from whatever else you're using (yes, even the organic, unbleached stuff)...do yourself a favor and try it!
I got this after some lab work revealing I was low in b12, and being informed by the health care practitioner that this is indeed the superior form of b12. Haven't been without it since, been about 2 years. I noticed a difference when I began to take this every 2-3 days along with 5000 iu D3 daily, which I was also low in. Around the same time I found out I had some food sensitivities and started to avoid those foods, so could be a combo of all these things that made me feel better, but I will definitely stick with this. Might try their higher dose to take less often next. I like Jarrow, have used several of their products.
the secret's out
Not much to say, just a great clay to incorporate into your routine. I always have it around and try to use weekly, I leave on for longer than the label says. Works best when mixed with vinegar, water makes it clumpy. Sometimes I use part vinegar and part water, or hydrosol, or aloe gel. Does turn you bright red for a little bit! Makes more "applications" than the label suggests, for me.
Can't imagine going back to pastes and gels again. I really like this, have tried mint and cinnamon. It's really not that hard to get used to. People complaining about it being messy might try not squeezing the bottle, just let it fall out, it's not that bad. Prefer the taste to overly sweet stuff. No glycerin, that is why I tried it in the first place.
I like Carlson brand. Just noticing it's a little misleading, as it says may contain up to 30% other fish, but the front says Norwegian Salmon Oil as if that's the only source. Better than some though, that don't tell you much about the source or purity testing, etc. I take two a day. Good for a lot of things.
Lasts a long time, good value. Prefer this to their scented varieties, and use this for my hair, hands, shaving, etc, too. I don't find it to be especially moisturizing, but it also is not drying.
Like this brand
The scent reminds me of Doublemint gum. This was fine, (I have normal hair that is not very fussy) but for the sake of simplicity and not having multiple huge bottles in the shower, I just use the unscented body wash for my hair too, which works just as well for me, and add my own essential oils sometimes. Like that it is SLS/paraben free, fair trade, short simple ingredient list...
