Unusable

I'm not sure what this plastic smelling and extremely white stuff is, but I don't believe it to be 'shea butter' at all. I've been 'honestly' 'fooled' to buy this product only once - it won't happen again!

Tricky - contains petroleum derivatives and more

Can be used as a sheer cover stick on blemishes, although a bit too dark and reddish for light to medium skin. The sulphur smell doesn't bother me so much but might be quite unpleasant to other people. A HUGE minus for the hidden list of ingredients, that caught me off guard and I almost didn't want to use the product at all - it contains parabens, alcohol, lanolin and polyethylene glycols!

Sorry, but this is just some jojoba oil, slightly scented with Neroli (like 0,001% or so). I've had massage oils with much more noticeable and persistent fragrance than this one, which didn't even pretend to be aromatherapy essences and they've costed me 1000% less as well. Buy it only if you have no idea what Neroli smells like and are willing to throw lots of money on a plain tester!

No manufacturing date is to be found anywhere on the label, and judging by the butter itself - a rotting greyish mass of grease with a choking burnt smell - it must be at least a century old. It also comes in a different jar (made of a soft and stinky plastic) than what is presented in the picture.

Smells like rotten chocolate!

Thought I should try a Nubian Heritage butter without their overpowering perfumes called "essential oil blend". I wasn't lucky with this one either, since obviously they used the fragrance in other versions to cover the rancid smell of the oils. So, I can't even bear to open the jar of this expired cocoa-like stuff.

Yuck

It has a pungent solvent odor which resembles gasoline - that makes it really hard to detect any lime underneath. I can't argue with Now Foods telling us that the oil was "cold expeller-pressed", but that doesn't exclude them diluting it afterwards...

Judging by the offensive smell, it was probably extracted from rotten cedarwood. Unfortunately I am unable to make any use of it.

Very refreshing, I use it on a cotton ball as a wipe out deodorant.

Disappointed

Not only the bag had a defective zip which didn't close, but the content was more than half wilted/rotten leaves - it didn't smell fresh at all.

Slightly Rancid

The oil that I received smells a bit rancid (probabil from contamination with microorganisms) so I could'n use it as an eye make-up remover as I intended. I reluctantly use it on my feet but even as a moisturizer it's not worthier than any other cooking oil I can get from local stores - just 50x pricier.

Unable to use it because of the choking perfume.
