baking soda has a variety of uses for me,i use it as a base for a tooth powder i make,i also use it for occasional heartburns and also to soften beans and chickpeas /garbanzo. i was sure baking soda couldn't be tasty but i guess it always been the Aluminum that gave the unpleasent taste because this one is Aluminum free and tastes much much better thatn what i knew till now. i'm not the baking kind of guy but i'm sure anyone who cooks and bakes would know to appreciate this product superiority in taste AND in health...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews

One of the Best Essential Omega 3 supplement! no Rancid,no smell & well balanced EPA/DHA! ...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews

i think this is by far the best value for money Fish Oil Omega 3 on iHerb, reputable company,no fishy smell and a well balanced formula,i take 2 of these a day to cover my Essential need for Omega's.Omega 3 is not a "HYPE" of the moment, both Omega 3 & 6 is really a necessity and highly essential because our body cannot manufacture these on its own.luckily Omega 6 is all around us in Foods but you can't say the same about omega 3 which we lack, espacially in western diet.i also try to take omega3 from vegetarian sources every day from Flax seeds,Hemp or Chia which i believe not less important that fish oil and covers the body needs, and a great source of Omega3 for Vegans too...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews

"Raw one for Men" is better for senior Women!..

Posted on Oct 26, 2013

if you are a 50+ woman,in most cases you will not have an Iron deficiency like in your prenatal days,Iron also interfere with Calcium absorption so in this case you are much better off with the Raw one for Men,and don't worry you won't grow a beard from it,it has no Herbal or Chemical testosterone stimulants, the only difference is that it has no Iron but instead have more of the essential minerals and Vitamins that your system needs much more like Zinc,Selenium & B12 and imho works better.may i also suggest that the company will be more honest with the customers and when the product has Vitamins & Minerals that are NOT from Raw Food Based source like the Vitamin C in this case & also the Calcium & Magnesium in the Raw one for Men case that it will state clearly on the package and on its site what is the type and the source of these substances....you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews.

this is the first product from this company that works without any side effects ...

Posted on Oct 26, 2013

after 2 miserable tryouts with this company products this 3rd one is the first without any severe side effects,it has good balanced chromium/Vanadium ratio for diabetes blood sugar lowering purpose and it seems to be effective in this sense, but imho there is no place for Aspartame Chelation in supplements like the Boron in this product as there are much better other choices than that, and BEWARE from this company 2 per day MultiVitamin, really Bad product...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews

both the east and the west cultures have found a way to complete our dietary deficiency of trace elements and minerals as well as agriculture needs for humic and fulvic acid,in the west it happened 90 years ago by T.J Clark in the Utah deposit of the prehistoric Eden era and has been called colloidal minerals.today we can find different deposits around the world including New Mexico, Wyoming, North Dakota and ionic minerals extracted from the sea.in the east the ayuverdic medicine as well as the natives found in the Altai, Himalaya, and Caucasus mountains are using humic acid extracted from shilajit for hundreds of years, also called moomiyo / mumio / shilajeet / mumijo or salajeet(سلاجیت),in english its called black asphaltum or Asphaltum punjabianum in latin. i am currently comparing several forms of this humic acid extractions offered as a supplement, this one is dark black powder and understood that the source of it is the New Mexico area.i can definitely say that this is one of the more potent brands i used although i am not sure about its positive effects yet,let me explain:when taking it i can feel the symptoms that can be related to detoxification like fatigue and a mild headache(not serious) so i can't say i enjoy it much but maybe its a part of the necessity of detox,on the other hand i tried the joel wallach(from dead doctors don't lie radio show) brand youngevity before this one and it was more potent with a strong warm calmness effect to it that actually erased any headache if i had one and the look of it was pure white(although both are 600mg a capsule),so its definitely a different substance and i prefer no headaches, but again, maybe it would be a good supplementation for me in the future in a later phase for my body to absorb so i will update my review in the future if i found it more beneficial.feel free to rate and read my other products reviews and...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews

rich and flavorful ,blend with Echinacea root for the medicinal properties ...

Posted on Oct 26, 2013

7 people found the following review helpful

i know the taste of the Echinacea root but little did i know that the whole herb tastes so good, grasy and rich with no need to add any other herb for flavor.i use about 5g for 12oz of hot water as infusion,do not boil it because it will lose its flavor, thats in contrast to the Echinacea root.after all that said take into consideration that if you look for the medicinal properties of Echinacea this is not the product for you, unless your intention is to mix it with other species of Echinacea exactly like the American natives that pased on the knowledge to the Western medicine did.the medicinal properties are hidden mainly in the Echinacea Angustifolia (root) species (antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,upper breathing relief, flu & cold support etc etc)...this one is really one of the most amazing herb i know, cuts the days of the flu or cold in half.but as i said earlier, you could always take the purpurea as an add on to enhance the properties of the stronger species,or use the Purpurea by itself as a preventative measure on a daily use. ...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews

RECIPE INSIDE ! Great for Shakes & Smoothies..

i loooove coconut and when i find it fresh on the market i jump on the treat, but its a seasonal visitor here so for all year round its a problem to count on it.i also love coconut macaroon but it works for me only in/on a solid beverages and not in drinks because it chokes me easily this way, this is where the coconut flour comes into the picture, not only it is higher in nutritional values than macaroon it is also a fine powder that easily mixes with liquids thus making a rich & thick smoothie with a slight of sweetness to it.also, here's a great hot recipe to use the coconut flour: 1 to 2 tsp of Cacao, half tsp of Maca,1 tbsp of coconut flour and 1-2 tbsp of sweet melaco,2 chocolate tablets and the smallest amount of salt, mix all together with a cup of hot water & add a handful of Goji berry / lycium berry above & wait for it to be cold enough to drink-thats it you're ready to go....you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews

Best Hemp Seeds - Highly nutritious omega's , Magnesium & Protein + essential Amino Acids -All Vegan!...

Posted on Oct 26, 2013

in other brands i tried i could find some particles that felt like small stones inside(its probably just the Hemp Hulls but its nasty when you chew it and hear the crunchy sound),this product is cleaner from Hulls and i never found this problem after consuming several Kg's from Nutiva.so as you can see this is one of my favorite superfood and i'm glad that Nutiva decieded to come up with this value pack.i take at least one or two TBSP each morning with 2 drops of Vitamin D3 and a pinch of salt, and during the day i sometimes add it to salads,it works very good with salty dishes.if you want Omega 3 that fits a sweeter dish or beverage go for the Chia or Flaxseed which is more neutral in taste.Remember:extracted Omega 3 oil is very perishable and sensitive to heat, and when bottled & exposed to oxygen and it becomes rancid very quickly, thats why you better either use the seeds/fish as it is in nature or encapsulated oil from a reputable company that wasn't exposed to Oxygen in the manufacturing process,Hemp & Chia can be digeted as is but Flaxseed should be grinded in a coffee grinder up to 15 minutes before using it...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews .

Good product but not for me - maybe beneficial for Toret or ADHD...

Posted on Oct 26, 2013

7 people found the following review helpful

this is a powerful herbal extract, the dosage i found works best for me is 2 capsules,i can feel it "knocking me down" and makes me sleepy & docile but not exactly calm,i already suffer from a light chronic fatigue so i don't need any substance to make it stronger, but i do believe people with ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) or toret syndrome may find this herbal extract beneficial for them, and if not you can try Valerian or Schisandra...you are welcome to rate & read my other reviews
