Cures PMS issues
Posted by RacerWife7 on Aug 06, 2008
I have terrible issues with PMS. As I've gotten older (I'm 43 now), it has intensified. (UNFORTUNATELY!) True Calm seems to help me stay on a more even keel. Can't ask for more than that.
No fishy repeats!

I love Eskimo-3! This is the only fish oil supplement that I've found that doesn't cause fishy burps afterward. (Yuck!)
FINALLY! My kids will take Omegas!
Posted by RacerWife7 on May 04, 2010
It's been a fight from the start to get my kids to take Omegas as a daily supplement. But, they absolutely LOVE these and not only are willing to take them, but REMIND me that they need to take their vitamins every day. I recommend these to all my friends who have picky kids like mine. Now I can can be confident that they're getting some needed nutrients that they're definitely not getting from the foods they eat.
I'm on the fence.

While I liked that this seemed to work well and made my curly hair curlier, it made my face break out anywhere my hair touched it. :( I stopped using it and 2 days later, my skin cleared up. Won't buy it again.
Excellent for those who don't spend time outdoors...

My doc checks my vitamin D levels every time I have blood drawn. I'm hypothyroid, so I have blood drawn on a regular basis. I work indoors and don't spend any time outside, really. So, I'm taking 6,000 IU's of vitamin D per day. It's SO much easier to take 3 Now Foods softgels than 6 dry, chalky pills. I LOVE these!

Although I can't compare Healthy Origins CoQ10 with other brands (because this is the first one I've purchased), I really like it. My issues with "foggy thinking" have virtually disappeared. Thank goodness!
Easy to use; Environmentally friendly!

I received my Diva Cup last week and had the opportunity to use it yesterday. I am ecstatic that I found this amazing product! I had absolutely NO problem inserting it and NO leaks - even overnight. This is the PERFECT alternative to tampons or pads. I highly recommend it!
THE best gel/custard for curly hair.
Posted by RacerWife7 on Mar 02, 2012
I have 3b curls that I have 'treated right' for over 1.5 years now (no silicones, sulfates, or parabens). I have tried many, many different gels over the course of that time and KCCC is my #1 favorite. I do use a couple of others. But, this is my go-to product nearly every day. I, actually, prefer the larger size. But, the smaller 8 oz. jar travels better.

This is one of my favorite conditioners. I have naturally curly hair and never wash with harsh sulfates. I use this conditioner as a rinse-out almost every day. It smells great and keeps my curls moisturized. Inexpensive (as curly products go) and works great - can't ask for more than that!
My favorite coconut oil!

I love this oil - use it for everything imaginable. It tastes phenomenal, so I use it mostly for cooking. But, it can be used as a moisturizer, too - for both hair and body. Very versatile and great for you. Love it!
OMG - YUM!!

I wasn't sure what to expect with this peanut butter. But, a relative of mine suggested that I try it because this has no added sugar or any preservatives or junk in it. It is just delicious. I can eat it with a spoon. Yummy. :)
Good price (from iHerb) and good results

My favorite thing about these is that they're room temperature-stable. I don't have to worry about keeping them in the fridge (and then, subsequently, forgetting to take them). And they do the job quite well. Good price; good product - win/win for me and you.
