If You Have Enough Vitamin D - No Need For More Expensive Citrate Tabs

IMHO, if you have proper blood vitamin d levels, there is no need to get the more expensive Calcium/Magnesium Citrate. These tablets work just fine. I like they have a mixture and you only have to take 3 to get 100% RDA of Calcium and Magnesium as compared to the 4-5 you do for the citrate version - and they are much less expensive.
Solgar, Vitamin D3, 1000 IU Tablets
I am very glad that Solgar came out with pure vitamin D in tablet form for the following reasons: 1)Tablets are a lot easier to take with you to work and also travel with 2)These tablets, unlike the soft gels, do not have vitamin A in them. I take cod liver oil and don't need the extra 'A'. 3) I've tested these pills in a cup of water and they dissolve in less than ~1 minute. 4)As they were with the 1000 IU gel caps, once again, Solgar is always ahead of the curve when it comes to vitamin supplementation.
Solgar, Zinc Picolinate
I've been taking this Zinc Picolinate from Solgar for over 10 years and, as I've said for their about their other products, their pills rapidly dissolve in tap water. I still believe Solgar is the best quality vitamin manufacturer and distributor) in the US (perhaps the world).
Solgar, Iron-Free Multiples
I've been taking this multi for about ~12 years and no complaints. I still think Solgar is the best. I've tested their pills in plain water several times over the years and they have always rapidly dissolved.
This Product Adds To High Regards Of Solgar

I almost exclusively buy Solgar vitamins and minerals. Their magnesium citrate tablets far exceed my quality standards and set the bar for most of the industry. iHerb.com exceeded my shipping, handling, and pricing expectations. I highly recommend them for all your supplementation needs.
