Loved these!

I love slippery elm as an herb. I love the flavor of these lozenges. They don't last long, but fortunately there are 100 or 200 in a bottle. I will buy them again. I've also used slippery elm as a powder in water, and to make suppositories. I like the sweet flavor. The lozenge is somewhat effective for sore throats. It doesn't reach the back of my throat very well, not as well as a spray would. I prefer these lozenges anyway.

Taste like kale

Posted on Sep 28, 2011

I liked these krunchies. They taste like kale; the additional flavors are mild, though the cayenne builds in strength after you chew and swallow. I am new to these sorts of foods. They are very dry and must be consumed with water. I have no idea how they compare to other brands. These kale chips are supposed to be super easy to make at home with a food dehydrator. I bought a cheap food dehydrator used, and I just never get around to it making snacks. ... I am always looking for shelf stable foods and travel foods. These kale krunchies work for that. I can't imagine my kids eating them. I won't even try.

Smooth... like "Glide" or Oral B's dental tape ...

Posted on Nov 04, 2011

It is flat and slides easily between my teeth that are very, very close together. Very mild, unobrusive mint flavor. I may buy this tape again. ... I also bought Dr. Tung's Smart Floss in Cardomom Flavor, which I reviewed there: it got stuck in my teeth, but I was able to use it.

my favorite flavor...

Shaped in small round cookies. A good treat, small, easy to eat.

Lowest sugar of the flavors

Posted on Nov 04, 2011

I like this flavor, but I probably won't get it again in favor of the ginger ones, which have to most flavor. Instead, I will make crispy pumpkin seeds by soaking them overnight first, as per Sally Fallon's guidelines/WAPF.

My Go-To Snack

Posted on Sep 28, 2011

These nuts have crunch and flavor. ... Almonds have health benefits. ... I keep a bag of these almonds in my handbag for between meals and delayed meals. I also want to sprout and dehydrate nuts. I am also trying out snacks from "Go Raw" and "Lydia's Organics."

I bought these bags on a whim. I am not sure what I will do with them, but they were cheap and potentially useful. ... I hope to find a zillion uses for them.

Works for my family

Posted on Sep 28, 2011

I take it every other day, and I give it to my kids too. It is a more convenient product for me than the Vitamin D3 product that I was taking: Bio-D Emulsion Forte from Biotics Research. It is sold as a 1 ounce bottle, in which 1 drop equals 2,000 IU.

Compared to other brands: No Vitamins A & D

Posted on Sep 28, 2011

This is cheaper than other brands for getting EPA and DHA. Other more expensive brands however contain Vitamins A and D. I am also wondering about the Omega 6 content of this product. That would be one of my concerns that is outstanding, as of this review. I have bought this product three times, and I think it is a good product for my family. However, we also supplement Vitamins A & D with supplements and food.
