big tab but goes down easy. I've only been taking it a few weeks, but hoping it will get me through the flu and cold season. No tummy distress, which I always experience with the powder Cs.
Love this ginger

I am new to ginger treats. I occasionally get a free ginger treat at the check out of our local Asian market and I have always enjoyed. I picked these up because I was going on a cruise and heard good things about ginger for sea sickness. Well, the cruise didn't work out this time, so I gnawed on these when I wanted a treat. Holy cow! If somebody told me that I had to give up this ginger candy, or I had to give up chocolate, I would pause. This is soft jellied ginger candy covered in sugar. It is hot and sweet. Personally, I love it. However, my husband won't even look at it. Ginger is like that, I guess. It says on the pack that it can be used for cooking too. For me, yum yum.
lots of vitamins and protein in this and it is very filling. I can mix this with just water, but juice would probably make it more interesting. I did the diet that came with this which can be found by an internet search. But now I am just using it as a supplement. I really think my hair grew a bit better while I was doing this.
this I like
I read a reviews that the smell was too intense and then I read that some people add a couple of drops of water to it. I decided to do that (add a couple of drops of water) and the smell is pleasant. This with Derma E, Microdermabrasion Scrub (which was a combination suggested by iherb) seems to make my skin look a little better.
lara bars - peanut butter cookie

Here's why I eat lara bars. Ingredients: Peanuts, dates. That's it. No chemical protein taste. I like this combination and even though it won't turn your chocolate crank, it is a nice substitute for all sorts of yucky (albeit tasty) treat type food. Some are better than others, imho, and I prefer above all Cinnamon Roll, and then others. I've not tried things with ginger or lemon because those are flavors I don't care for but there are lots of good choices and if you like to know - really know - what the ingredients are in your food...these can't be beat for simplicity!
Natural Calm - after a few months use

I wanted to like this because I have heard so much good about it but it was just too bitter for me, upset my stomach, and I can't say that it seemed to do much in the bargain. I went back to a pill form that seems a bit better.
This was a free sample and I really liked it. For me (medium skin) it seemed very rich.
no miracles but I like it. Hair seems thicker though probably isn't really.
the taste comes through
Make sure that you really want the taste of sunflower seeds on whatever it is you put this on/in because the taste is very strong.
i wanted to love it
I've read so much about how coconut oil is the way to go and I was excited to try it but so far, after a handful of attempts, I can say that I've learned I'm not crazy about the taste of coconut oil...even though I enjoy coconut. I think I have a lot to learn about application and will continue to try it in various ways. This stuff is very solid, not oily or liquid.
Vit. D-3 1000
My dr. told me to start taking this so I am. It is very small so easy to take and no after effects.
madre labs vitamin c

I've decided that I just don't like this. Not a fan of mushrooms unless they are sauteed. the taste of this doesn't appeal to me and there is other good c on the market. Two stars for just being vitamin C.
