Neem supplements

In the Bahamas, there is good Neem. When I visited there I tried the skin creams and the supplements. They said one of things Neem does is seems to influence Serotonin uptake. So I tried the caps and wow, did my mood improve! Out of the Bahamas, you can't get that particular Neem (without paying mucho buckos), so I tried this concentrated form. Seems to do the same thing, just not so dramatically. Because it's so expensive, not sure if I will continue with it or not. Times are rough. Must cut down.

Tried Krill because the fish oil Omegas were making me feel queasy, plus i was just not noticing the benefits others marvel at. But this Krill is great! And the Astaxathin in it too is an added benefit. I have noticed the energy and good mood with this as well. Will keep using.

good for menopause problems

I "tested" these out to see if there were any reactions. I had previously tried the Carlson Vitamin E suppos (for a healthy environment), and they gave me infections. So then i tried these. No problem! Then I started to get an infection and tried one, and it never came. So I'm all happy! They also do not turn into pure liquid and run out of you, so you could use them during the day. Gives a very nice softness. :) I recommend.

I like Astaxanthin and was using the NOW brand but am trying to get away from grains, and that brand has rice flour in it. So using this one now and it is just as good.

Tribulus is good for men, but also good for women during menopause. See for yourself.

some good some bad

Bought this for the assistance it gives menopausal women (see Dragon Herb website for more details). It does all it is portrayed to do and then some! I was starting to feel the same as before menopause, which is pretty incredible. It also made me bloated, though, which is standard for me when taking anything at all (herbs, hormones etc) for menopause...so not taking so much. :( Too bad. Probably work for you though! Also very pricey.

Tried this because was interested in the whole "mood boosting" element. Here's what happened to me: Maybe a little mood boosting? Temporary (as in one hour), but very subtle. Other problems; lipstick dries out your lips in about an hour. The consistency is thick, think Halloween make up; there is a vague "numbing" sense to your lips; this particular color is super candy pink as in 10 year old girl type pink; after using it a couple times the thick consistency created "chunks" around the top and on your lips - like I said Halloween make up. I would not buy again. Good look with this line, Physician's Formula.

Fav so far

I'm a big fan of Jasmine tea. Have tried other Jasmine teas, Rishi too. So far, two leaves and a Bud Jasmine tea is my favorite. The Rishi smells wonderful but just tastes like green tea, gets bitter quick. This has that perfect mix of jasmine and green, to me. Ideal for evening or with dark chocolate or a sweet. Perfect.

I like Dragon Herbs! Just discovered them and find them to be amazing if expensive. For this I fill my water bottle with filtered water (cold) and drop in one tea bag for hydration throughout the day. AMAZING. Makes you feel great. Just be careful opening the bags and they will rip the delicate tea bag inside EASY.
