guardian spirit it is
this is a very balanced and nurturing blend indeed. it has a warm comforting presence both in taste, texture and physical effect. i find it works on so many levels health-wise. kudos to frontier natural for supplying it at a fantastic price. thank you.
amazing aroma. physically calming
leaves a sense of calm and well being. supports healthy digestion and breakdown of proteins. germanium helps oxygenate the blood and i believe there are other beneficial compounds for breath here too. my lungs feel a lot better, but the entire body just craves this almost. i sometimes take up to 5 or so when i feel i can afford it.
one of the best soaps out there
if you have any kind of skin sensitivity i'd highly recommend this one. it lathers nicely and has a subtle, fresh smell as well. love it.
you can feel it reaching tissue and bloodstream in the mouth already. i wish i could give it a higher rating but it does taste and feel synthetic. i prefer dolomite or other sourced minerals for that reason.
just okay basically
this is an okay supplement but people with a tendency for mood swings might wanna consider something else. all the picolinic forms of minerals have given me sleeping problems + more until i figured and eliminated them completely from my routine. so far i've only found circa one study and a couple of sources confirming this (and i had to look). with all the bravado that goes into pushing picolinates as the "safest" form one should really research supplements thoroughly before ordering. i also do not appreciate the silicon dioxide and aspartic acid in these caps, they may be more or less hypoallergenic but i'd rather have an allergic reaction (after all a natural indicator body wise) than stuffing myself with slow poisons, which these chemicals literally are.
i love it too
the tea bags have a more earthy taste/feel to them than the powder. both are quite the treat and in addition to the health benefits i feel somewhat indulgent every time i have the pleasure. everything from packaging to taste radiates a modest air of an extravagance of sorts.
tastes like the beach
tastes and smells like rotting seaweed on the beach. the iodine content seems high and it helps thyroid function. kelp has the added benefit of alginate, which removes toxins from the system. using a knife's edge or so in soups for example is a great way to increase bioavailability and add texture.
holds up good compared to other brands
for the price this is very nice. dissolves easily and has a mild taste. this boosts liver function and absorption of nutrients.

this is a no frills SOAP people. containing only coconut oil means it's pretty much all saturated fat in a very health friendly form. for peat-style living this is the go-to soap. great antifungal benefits, a very subtle smell and nice consistency+lather will have me re-ordering and stocking up on this baby. mmm-hm.
taste the cow
in ayurveda ghee is sometimes referred to as the essence of the cow. you really feel those buttery notes of stable good here. makes great.
more luxurious than medicinal
the lather is very rich and creamy. somewhat old school smell that's quite subdued. only drawback is i find it a bit harsh on the skin, somewhat drying.
it's great for the joints and immune system
gave immense relief from joint pains and creaking. also find a subtle boost of energy and clarity. shark contains the not too common titanium in a bioavailable form. a slight minus due to the fact that the caps give me a mild allergic reaction, i break them open but just touching them gets my saliva running big time. still good.
