Been using this for years

Works well - no more leg and foot cramps.
New favourite spice! Great on boiled eggs, fish, avocado on toast...
Great quality chocolate, minimal dairy content and love the lavender.
Very good for Paleo baking
I make wonderful muffins with these - with almond flour in a 50/50 mix. Also good for coating fish before frying (along with some seasoning mixed in), coconut flour pancakes. Coconut flour is quite a dry flour so usually better in combination with something and plenty of wet ingredients.
Better than the usual Vitamin E
I take this as part of a protocol to treat Pyroluria. I like that it has different types of E, which my doctor was happy with.
Really delicious, but addictive. It has a natural sweetness and creaminess meaning it needs no yucky additives. Better than white chocolate. I'm going to make some cinnamon balls using this (recipe at Primal Palate site). You can make your own but need a high speed processor like a Vitamix, so for now I buy it already made.
Love this scrub

I've been using this for a couple of years and won't be without it. My skin feels amazing after using it. I usually put on some oil afterwards like rosehip or sea buckthorn. I don't use it any more than 2-3 times/week.

I wonder if the other reviewer had a bad batch because mine have been delicious! Very sour but also sweet. No bitterness though :) Addictive!
Not my fave flavour but pretty good nonetheless.
Love the smell
I haven't used this often enough to know if it's making a difference but the smell is divine. It seems to make my skin softer.
My nose is nice and clear when I use these but still gets congested overnight even when foods that clog my nose are removed, such as dairy. I think I need to re-train my breathing to ensure nose breathing all night overnight.
