This stuff is very good. I've tried a lot of supplements over the years - This is one I've purchased many times over. It's bitter, but add a squeeze of lemon juice or fruit juice and that bitterness is more than manageable for a "grown-up" as my 4 year old would say. Decent value in a 60 serving size as well. Make sure you read the servings per container on any "green food" product to get the true cost. I keep mine in the freezer in a big zip-top bag.
JR - Surprising Shampoo Bar
I wasn't sure what to expect with a shampoo bar, but it works surprisingly well. Wet it, rub it on your wet hair and work with hands. The lather is quick to build and plentiful. Rinses clean as well. Make sure you let it dry completely between uses. Leaves my (normal) hair feeling clean but not overly-dry. I find I do not need a conditioner with this.
Very Nice C

This stuff is now my favorite vitamin C. It mixes pretty well with water alone - I add mine with a greens supplement and it neutralizes the bitter greens well. It seems to give me a little boost in the mornings - you don't need much - 1/4 teaspoon. Looking forward to seeing how this supports the immune system in the upcoming winter.
Kirk Castille Bar - its soap.
This leaves a very clean feel - a little goes a long way. Surprising amount of lather. No repeat passes needed for me - those may result in dryer feeling skin. This particular brand is ubiquitous. I even found it at the local chain grocery store, though iHerb beats them on price and drops it on my front porch.
