Love This Soap!

Old time favorite for non irritating everyday soap with lots of lather. I actually wash my hair with it because I can't stand commercial shampoo. Also add bits of it to hot water in a pump bottle and use it for hand soap. So gentle.

A nice easily absorbed block. I could use less of the fresh papaya scent though. It hangs around quite awhile. How much of a protective remains to be seen. For now I give it 5 stars.
Works fine as backup but I think I like Michael's sublingual type of VitD better.
My Favorite Liquid Calcium
Excellent product for bare-bones calcium magnesium supplementation. I also take extra magnesium and VitD+K2 to get a 50:50 ratio and find that really relieves age-related muscle stiffness and lack of strength. Wish I'd taken this earlier in life.

I think it's probably a good dressing for people with heavier weight hair but I don't get anything from it. It just disappears into my hair and leaves it limp. I make my own hair dressing now from various waxy nut butters and aloe vera gel, which works better for me.

I have moved on to Now B-12 liquid formula to get a more rounded set of BVits but I think this would be fine if B12 is all you want. It did give me a faint headache when I first started taking it.
Couldn't tolerate it.
My face broke out terribly with itchy hive like reaction after a few days of starting it. I looked like chopped liver. Oh, well, you can't win them all.
Wanted to like it, but sorry.

Honestly couldn't eat this stuff. The texture comes out like strands of latex no matter how you follow directions for cooking. Nope.
Sorry, can't get on this bus.

Based on the many reviews I tried this and have to say I had the same negative reaction as some others, itching, blotchy skin that got worse every day I used it. I then switched to a bar of pure raw African Black Soap from Ghana, W. Africa, and had NO bad reaction, only the great softening and smoothing effect promised. The point: Don't give up on authentic African Black Soap, it's a wonderful product. As for Dr. Woods, I'll use it up as a household cleaner, but oh no, not on my skin! Three stars for a rather expensive household cleaner.
