This truly is the calming herb. But don't wait until you're stressed out at the end of the day to take it! Instead, I've found that taking a little bit (10-15 drops) every couple of hours, starting at noon or 1:00, leaves me relaxed at the end of the day. Sometimes I feel a little tired -- but not groggy tired, but tired as if I had a physically exerting day. And tired is still better than wired!
