This is protein drink is part of my morning routine. Taste is great. Add some fresh strawberries and a banana and breakfast is served.
First Time Chia Seeder
This is my first try with Chia Seeds. I add it to my Whey Protein Shake in the morning. It makes the shake heartier. I have yet to try it with juice in the afternoon. It is a great way to get your Omega 3's.
Love the Green Super Food. I add it to my pure cranberry juice that I dilute with water, it gives it a great flavor. Slightly gritty, slightly.
