Preventing the coffee crash...

Posted by Reviewer2859053 on Oct 14, 2010

Since l-taurine is an essetial amino acid taking 500 additional milligrams of it may seem unneccessary. Caffeine (coffee) is non-essential and uses up you body's small resevoir of naturally created l-taurine so supplementing it prevents your body from suffering the deleterious effects of caffeine (the coffee crash, I sweat when I drink any amound of caffeine.) I'm not a doctor, but this is what my research has lead me to as what to do, and for me at least it works.

Does as is expected

Posted by Reviewer2859053 on May 06, 2008

IGF-1 is IGF-1 and the sublinguals pass through the mucous membranes under the tongue for good transmission to the directly into the blood stream. Almost, but not quite as efficient a transfer as with intravenous injection.

Spread the word...

Told people about the effects and how they are less than with ephedrine, very useful for weght loss if taken with caffeine and 500mg l-taurine.

GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter and seems to provide comfort to my muscles after a relatively strenuous workout.

As used to enhance the Krebs' citric acid cycle of aeorbic metabolism as the precursor to coenzyme A it seems to be effective.

Aerobic aid

Posted by Reviewer2859053 on Jun 11, 2008

Helps one maintain proper breathing rate during aerobic training. I think this is probably due to the donation of each particle of carnitine to act as a transfer mechanism during aerobic metabolism.

Posted by Reviewer2859053 on Dec 31, 2010

The benefits of citicoline are well known, Cognizin provides those benefits at a more appropriate price than some of the other citicoline products!

Not that I can necessarily distinguish anymore as I've been taking vitamin D for some time, but I just wanted to say thank you for supplying it to me at a reasonable price.

Has a bit of the freeze dried wine taste, but good

Posted by Reviewer2859053 on Mar 11, 2009

Seems to work as an antioxidant with the typically suggested symptom alleviations.

Would rate it higher but...

Posted by Reviewer2859053 on May 28, 2010

Ok, so this is good if what you're trying to get is a relatively inexpensive synephrine product. I don't rate it higher because I am not yet certain what the long term effects may be down the road on my body's system; whether it actually is accelerating my hair loss, overstressing my cardiovascular system which I do 20-30 mins of relatively low intensity cardiovascular exercise each day to use up the synephrine and keep my body in balance. I could write for days the benefits to my exact situation synephrine has provided however for the average person who has not been living life in my shoes I will not extoll those personally particular benefits here.

It's L-glutathione, good CNS antioxidant as research implies it is

Posted by Reviewer2859053 on May 06, 2008

Not much to be said that other scientific research says. L-glutathione is an antioxidant amino acid primarily utilized by the central nervous system, and as 50mg sublinguals can be dosage monitorablee.
