For many years, I have taken soy lecithin for my high cholesterol and family history of heart disease and atherosclerosis. Lecithin, specifically phosphatidyl choline, appears to have the ability to disperse cholesterol in the blood, thus keeping it from sticking to the walls of our arteries. In doing this, lecithin may help prevent atherosclerosis. I had used the Bluebonnet brand exclusively until recently when I bought two bottles of another brand. What a difference in potency between the two! Bluebonnet is a high-potency supplement. Don’t just look at the mg of lecithin per serving. Look at the mg per serving of each component, especially phosphatidyl choline and linoleic acid.

This product is an effective probiotic I've been taking for several years. As an experiment, I stopped taking it for a couple of weeks to see if I noticed a difference. Wow, did I notice a difference! The degree of flatulence (gas production) immediately increased without the probiotic. This blend of four friendly bacteria works great with my digestive system. Recently, I read that use of a probiotic may enhance calcium absorption.
Strontium for Bones

I have been using Doctor's Best Strontium Bone Maker for postmenopausal osteoporosis for about two years. My DXA scan after 18 months on this product was significantly improved! Even more importantly, I feel well. I've experienced no nasty side effects. This product is a good alternative for those who do not want to take bisphosphonates, SERMs, HRT, or any other prescription drug for osteoporosis.
Fresh and Tasty Organic Walnuts

The Now Foods certified organic walnuts I received were fresh and tasty. I had never bought this brand before or any other brand of organic walnuts. I have bought regular generic walnuts from Publix supermarket. I can't say that I noticed a difference in taste between these organic ones and the non-organic ones, but I do like the fact these are organic. I prefer to keep pesticides out of my diet whenever I can afford to.

I just bought this product for the first time and am very pleased with it. The Completely Kissable trademark is appropriate because this lip balm is all natural and gluten free. It has a mild natural vanilla flavor and does a good job of moisturizing my lips, which tend to get very dry. It is a bargain for the price.
