I eat a plant-based diet and still enjoy lifting heavy weights frequently throughout the week so my creatine levels suffer if I don't take this. I'm not saying you need creatine to workout if you're vegan/strict vegetarian, but you probably will if you engage in high-intensity exercises routinely that require and also deplete your creatine levels. I definitely don't take the recommended dosage, though. Taking 1 pill with two to three meals a day (usually 1 or none over my breaks) is plenty for me. If you're not plant-based then this product probably won't do anything for you other than make you *think* it's working - you have to be "deficient" in creatine to feels the effects.

Taste just like oreos but more wholesome. Wouldn't consider it to be "healthy" but would say it's "healthier" than the original.
