Highly recommended!

I use it in my smoothies and in our lemon water. No bitter after taste compared to some other brands I have tried.

Helpful for son's muscle cramps

Posted on Aug 15, 2010

It dissolves easily. The taste however is strong so my son is not able to take it just diluted in water. I add it into our lemon water and you can't taste it at all.

It is a really thick ointment. Helpful for the dry eczema spots my daughter and I have. But it does sting a little if there are cuts on the skin.

My 12 year old son had been complaining on unexplained cramps and after I gave him this supplement, the cramps have gone away. I will continue giving this to him.

Great stuff!

Although many have said that it helps to fill them up, it hasn't been the case for us. But I like being able to add healthy seeds into the children's smoothies and cereal that don't make them wrinkle up their noses. Definitely will buy again!

I bought this for my dd who has severe eczema. Together with quercetin and MSM it is supposed to help her. I am not sure which worked but together, her skin has become softer. Will definitely continue to purchase this.

Thick and moisurising

For our humid conditions (Singapore) it is a bit too oily. But it does help relieve the dryness caused by eczema.

Great alternative

Posted on Mar 12, 2013

For those who cannot use wheat, this is a great alternative to use for baked goods. It is not a fine as I would like it so we can still taste the gritty-ness.

It is a nice tasting alternative to wheat flour. But I prefer Edward and Son's.
