I had no idea prunes could be delicious...

...but they are actually pretty great! The texture is so perfect (you don't need to gnaw on these) and they taste so fresh. They are simple but so good. I hoard them like little treats.
wonderful for normal to dry skin

This is wonderful stuff. I'm a fair-skinned woman in my late 20s with combination skin, and during the summer I use the Oil-Free Grapefruit Cream but felt it wasn't hydrating enough for the winter, so I tried the Pumpkin Renew Cream. It is amazing! It's moisturizing and yet it doesn't sit on top of the skin--it absorbs completely and only leaves behind smooth, supple skin. I can't say enough about MyChelle. It's one of the few skincare lines I trust to be functional, effective, and non-irritating. I've never been unhappy with any of my MyChelle purchases.
This crystal is a brilliant invention. It absorbs odor just as well as (or better than!) baking soda, lasts for much much longer than baking soda (just refresh the stone occasionally by rinsing with water), and takes up less space in the fridge to boot. Can't complain about that! Considering that it replaces up to 6 boxes of baking soda, this is more economical too and reduces packaging waste.
This filter has saved my skin & my sanity... but didn't last 15 months.
The chlorine smell emanating from my showerhead was really stressing me out. Not just emotionally (worrying about chlorine in the water... yuck!) but it was stressing out my skin and hair too. Well, I discovered this shower filter, and I am SO glad I made the investment. No longer do we feel like we're showering in a swimming pool, and my skin and hair are much tamer and less dried out. I just wish that this filter would work as long as the company claims. My first unit seemed to die within a few months, so I contacted the people at Rainshow'r. I sent them a nice email asking what I could do to make my filter last longer, and within a day, I actually got a *phone call* from the owner/inventor of these products! He was very nice and explained how they worked, etc. He also said that my filter SHOULD still be functional, and then he sent me a new one for free! That's some great customer service. Unfortunately, the replacement cartridge lasted a little longer than the first, but not even close to the rating the company specifies (15 - 18 mos). This may be because of our horribly chlorinated, mineral-heavy water here in Los Angeles -- it might be too much for the filter to handle. For this reason, I'm giving the filter 4 stars. I still love the product but I wish it would last longer than the 3-6 months that it worked. All considered, I still feel this filter is a good value and probably the best filter for the money. Rainshow'r stands behind their products, too, which is kind of rare these days. I'm going to try the refillable filter they make and see if it works any better in my house.
Not just for babies!

Due to allergies, I avoid most scented products. Dryer sheets and fabric softeners in general are especially irritating to me. When I lived in a more humid climate this wasn't such a big deal (adding vinegar to my wash seemed to soften well enough) but after moving to SoCal I noticed more and more static, and finally decided to give these dryer cloths a try. I can't compare them to commercial products because I haven't used those in so long, but they certainly keep my clothing from sticking together, and I love the scent -- reminds me a little bit of Burt's Bees milk & honey lotion. I use one sheet for 2-3 loads and it works really well for me, and the fragrance hasn't seemed to irritate my skin or lungs yet. Thumbs up!
Great vegetable brush!

So far this has been a great brush, in the month I've owned it. I love the feel of the wood handle and the brush has a nice texture -- scrubs well without bruising or cutting the skin of delicate fruit.
Perfect everyday conditioner

For my "combination" hair, this is the perfect conditioner. Leaves my hair feeling hydrated and soft yet doesn't leave a funky residue behind. I usually use it without a shampoo ("no poo") and just "co-wash"; I have wavy hair and avoiding shampoo keeps my hair happiest.
A simple cough drop that soothes

These taste very similar to other mentholated cough drops but the honey center sets them apart. The honey really soothes the throat and suppresses coughing for a short while.
Deliciously wonderful stuff.

I love the how this scrub works and how it smells! It is truly a candy-like peppermint scent... so yummy. It has a great texture -- creamy and not too scratchy, but scrubby enough to polish my rough wintry legs & feet (oh, and I use it on my elbows too!) It's also moisturizing but not terribly oily on my shower floor. PS: It's great to use before shaving... it banishes scaly legs and it helps me get a closer shave, too. Now I can't wait to try the foot cream... AND I hope iherb decides to carry the Candy Mint Foot Stick at some point too... those three products would make a wonderful gift basket for birthdays or the holidays. :)
I love this for so many reasons. First, I love that it smells nice and freshens up my laundry, but without a noxious overwhelming scent (chemical scents tend to aggravate my asthma so this is very important.) Second, I love the dry formula. Liquids get so goopy and messy and I always spill them all over the place -- I love having my tablespoon and my little bag of powder. So tidy, so efficient! Finally, it really cleans my clothes without being too harsh. Ever since I moved to LA, where the water is exceedingly hard, my old detergent wasn't cutting it. I felt like my clothes just didn't have that freshness that I was looking for. Well, I think this stuff did the trick! I don't use it for diapers (I am childless) but can attest that it works fabulously on my regular laundry.
really elegant solution for solo tea-drinkers.

For those times when I don't want to make a full pot of tea, I love this little infuser. It allows my loose leaf teas to infuse freely, plus I can drink straight from the cup once I remove the insert with the used tea leaves. I actually prefer to drink from glass mugs anyway (I love being able to see the tea!) so this is a definitely perk. I just hope my clumsiness doesn't kick in so I can keep this infuser for a long, long time -- for now I'm handling it very carefully, handwashing only, and I only stir with wooden implements (I use a chopstick) to avoid clinking on the glass.

Not super sweet or salty, but mildly flavored somewhere in the middle, with a chewy/crunchy bite. I couldn't stop at just one handful. Very tasty little snack!
